Great location, room was very clean, large and comfortable, the hotel is very comfortable, staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very rich and tasty.
One minor thing - rooms are not equiped with small refrigerator. It can improve significantly stay in this wonderful hotel.

The location was good, walking distance to lots of places
1. The room was smelly.
2. Beds were sunken, especially the third one.
3. The price was too expensive than the usual, when we asked they told us it is beacuse of the football match.
4. We want to use the shuttle service to the airport, they told us it is 42 euros. When we told that we want to arrange it, they told us the price went up to 60 euros. Then we took regular taxi, it costes just 30 euros.
5. We asked for slippers, it was 5 euros. This is the first time that I experienced that.
6. The checkout time was 10:00, it is too early.

As someone who usually has a hard time sleeping in other beds than my own, the bed was extremely comfortable. The mattress was nice, not too soft.
Room was spacious and clean
I didn't see that there wasn't any fridge in the room description but it's quite a problem when you some stuff you need to keep cool and chilled.
Also, the water pressure was very weak while also not really hot water... more like lukewarm... so definitely a bummer on that part after a long day walking and exploring when you want to relax with a nice warm shower

The hotel is in a nice, convenient area, close to many of the places I wanted to visit and within easy reach of the metro line, which made getting around very straightforward.
Nice, convenient location especially if you’re having dental in the adjoining clinic. Close to many places I wanted to visit and near the metro, which made getting around easy.
However, the biggest downside was the bed. The mattress was very uncomfortable and the pillows offered little support, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. For me, that’s the most important part of any hotel stay, so it really affected my overall experience.
A shame, as with better bedding this could have been a much more enjoyable stay.

Comfortable bed, quiet, good location, a lot of restaurants around, close to opera and basilica, good wifi, clean.
Breakfast could be better, lack of amenities in the bathroom except soap and shower gel, no view from the room, noisy ventilation.

The location was incredible! Sandwiched in between the St. Stephen’s Basilica and the Hungarian State Opera House! It could not have been better! I was able to walk everywhere and see all the major sites conveniently.
I loved everything! The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was incredible!

The staff was excellent. All of the young ladies. The location is excellent close to everything. The housekeepers are very professional.
No fridge. I wish they could have a mini fridge for people that stay for more than 4 days.

Everything from the friendly and helpful staff to the conditions and cleanliness were perfect.
The price was more than reasonable.
Location is close to most points of interest and to public transport options.
A minifridge in the room would be helpful.
