Exceptional
We had a fantastic stay at Villa Veronika by Balaton Lake! The host truly went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. She was incredibly helpful, providing us with great suggestions for activities and dining. She even gave us a lift to the train station when we left and surprised us with a thoughtful farewell gift. Her fluency in both German and English made communication effortless. The villa itself was spotless, and we loved having breakfast on the balcony. While the weather was too cold for us to use the swimming pool, it still looked inviting. The location is very good, with a number of restaurants within a comfortable walking distance.

Wonderful
Perfect location, kind staff, clean rooms, free parking and pool. Very nice for this type of holiday (if you don´t mind to prepare your own breakfast).
Rooms on the ground floor don´t have AC. We did not need it actually, the weather was not so hot... but good to know, I think.

The owner was really very kind, she recommended a lot of things to do around the lake, accommodation also very good, very close to the city centre and beach, nice local pubs and restaurants. And it is possible to leave your own bicycles hidden during the nights so they are safe.

Large enough, nicely furnished, comfortable and clean apartment with a balcony that is pleasant for evening sitting and morning breakfast. Beautiful and comfortable bathroom. Private parking with enough parking spaces. The accommodation is in a quiet location, located at the end of the main promenade by the lake and close to the beach. The area around the house is very nicely decorated. The owner is very friendly and talkative and speaks English very well. Too bad it was too cold and the pool was not in use. I highly recommend the accommodation.
Maybe too soft beds. But I know not everyone can be catered for, so this comment is irrelevant…

Exceptional
Great location, right next to the Tagore alley, the main alley on the banks of Lake Balaton. The room was nice, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom, great water pressure in the shower. Also a nice, large parking place. And a super friendly host, who made us feel very welcome at the place.
