Very Good
It was tidy, very good location and the owners were kind and friendly.
Furniture and style is a bit out of date and walls are very thin, so you can hear most of the movements outside the room.

Disappointing
The interior is nice and clean. Aesthetic even, however this depends on individual preferences.
The person who runs the place was quite rude. Entering the facility he was sitting at a kitchen table accross the open space kitchen/lounge area. He ordered us to go to his table, no 'welcome', no introduction, no nothing. As new guests we were obviously unfamiliar with the check-in proceedings; normally you check in at a reception desk. The guy's communication skills and overall demeanor was poor and inappropriate. Plus, he was sitting at his "desk" for hours, as if he had been monitoring whatever we were doing in said area. Exiting the building was only possible by past him every time, and the terrace area was right outside his spot; he was within an earshot. Also, he kinda treated us like idiots, e.g. demonstrated us how a key works(?), in a quite a condescending manner. Not sure if that's how you run a guesthouse... (Sarcasm: you DO NOT run a guesthouse that way.) The location was so remote that the taxi driver had to Google it.
All in all, manners matter; I recommend the owners to gain some communication and people skills.
As for the room/furniture/facilities: the beds weren't too comfortable, and the size of the pillows were at toddler scale. They were tiny.
The entire building had an overall abandoned museum vibe. Despite the nice enterior design, the house felt a bit lifeless, and lacked the impression of a welcoming environment.

Absolutely fabulous, we loved it a lot! Ideal for friends, families and couples. Very clean, stlylish apartments with a quiet yard, small terraces and a common nice kitchen, all well-designed. The location is perfect, close to Tagore passage and the beaches as well. Thank you for everything! ?

The Guesthouse was really nice and the owners were very kind and accommodating. I could check in earlier which allowed me to go into town and have lunch. I am very satisfied with my stay.

The property was extremely beautiful and surrounded by so much greenery. It had everything you could possibly need. The area was also perfectly placed near the station if you were not travelling by car like us. The host was very helpful as well. The location is also well placed with the lake in walking distance.
