Excellent Lication. Excellent indoor and outdoor pools.Dinner was very good.
No food for children 11-15 years old not on breakfast and not on dinner. No pancakes, small shnicels or small hamburgers, no children pasta.

Everything is super
The air conditioner wasn't cool enough for us. Even when the thermostat was set to 10°C, the room still felt like it was around 23°C or more.
Also, it wasn't clear how to use the indoor jacuzzi. Some instructions or a brief explanation would have been very helpful.

1. Location was great. Right near the promenade
2. Own private parking facility underground.
3. The view from my room. Could see the harbour and the lake beyond. The full moon above the harbour as viewed from my room was a great sight!
4. Breakfast spread was decent
1. The parking charges were high, but I guess it is because Baltonfured is a tourist town
2. There was a bit of stink in the bathroom. Not serious enough to raise it with the hotel (we were anyway there for a night only) but it tells me there is some issue with the drainage system maybe
3. Facilities were a bit bare. No bathroom slippers, no iron (for pressing) which we are used to. The tea sachets provided were only herbal, no standard ones like Earl Grey, or English Breakfast. I do appreciate that maybe they would have been provided if I had called up and asked.
Overall, there was nothing to be strongly disliked as such. Just small, small things which an excellent hotel normally covers anyway. I would still rate this hotel as very good.

Interior design not bad.
Shower water color brown, handle broken. They sell Tooth paste and brush. Asked water, receptionist answered ‘ you can drink tap water.’ Dinner very poor. Neighbor bars and disco very loudly. Wellness center one of the worst in Hungary.

The staff, Peter (night) and Maria (day) were very nice. There was a USB port near each side of the bed.
The shower was tiny: my husband was afraid if he dropped the soap (which we brought) he would not be able to pick it up. No soap, shampoo or conditioner was provided. We were only given 2 bath towels and one hand towel. Unlike the nearby Larum hotel, there were no screens on the windows or balcony door so the hordes of light colored flying insects (among others) entered easily (many were squashed on the sheer curtains by others). We had a premium panoramic corner room, but the hotel’s air conditioning was out. We were not given the option to cancel and spent one hot, sleepless night with temperatures in the room ranging from 29 to 31 degrees Celsius (the fan the hotel gave us had a temperature gauge (see photos)). After learning at 11 am the next day (past checkout time) that the replacement part was in Italy and would not arrive during our stay, we had to negotiate with the hotel to let us out of a 4 night contract by agreeing to pay for the first 2 nights even though we only stayed one night (we fled to the nearby Larum) They did agree to only charge us for one day of parking - how generous.

I think it’s time to change the towels as they are stained and it doesn’t give the most clean feeling but regardless of that we’ll come back here

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The breakfast options were great, offering a variety of delicious choices to start the day. The hotel itself was very clean, and the attention to detail was evident throughout our stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions.
However, we did notice that the hotel was busier over the weekend, which made it a bit less relaxing than we'd hoped. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
