Hotel close to the lake. Room was nice. Pool big enough for a nice swim with sufficient number of sunbeds. We were there in May. Not sure how it is during peak season. As a hotel guest you may use their beach. There are a lot of parking spaces, however it still can be that you don't find a place. Breakfast is great!
Lack of English knowledge from the staff. Wanted to order a cup of coffee, gave up due to the service speed. Waiting half an hour is unacceptable. On the day of the check out, after the check out time you may not use their pool and parking, you have to pay extra. Practice I have not seen in the hotels across Europe and US. Dinner could be better (more options).

we have stayed in this hotel 2 years ago and we were happy to see the result of the further renovations since then. the outdated reception area is gone now and the lobby looks amazing!
Breakfast and dinner were both delicious and had a wide variety of options.
we got a room with a real double bed this time which was very comfortable, rooms are well maintained in general. the laptop-sized safe is a big plus for us!
I had lunch at the bistro in the lobby once and the food is exceptional.
all staff we encountered were kind and accommodating.
we had a couple requests during our stay and, similarly to 2 years ago, they were always responded to very promptly, even at 2AM. happy to see the continued effort and care put into the overall services.
the coffee machines in the breakfast area are a bit slow, but that is also due to the large volume of guests.
similarly to 2 years ago, I would like to mention again, that the checkout time at 10AM is too early compared to international standards (11AM-12PM). it is also inconvenient since the breakfast also ends at 10AM. I would really appreciate the check-in time to be extended to at least 11AM.
we asked for 2 extra pillows late at night, but got no pillowcases with them until the next day.
room cleaning practices need to be revised in my opinion. we had all towels changed, even the ones which were not left on the floor to be changed (environmental impact could be reduced here). we had multiple plates and glasses in our room which were not taken away and the tea/coffee station was not restocked during our stay.

Great location.
Room was not super clean, borderline acceptable. Overall the staff, services were OK, really 5/10 experience, nothing exceptional, nothing terrible. Related to dining I had an impression that it is dirty.

Very good hotel, staff very friendly, nice facilities. Very family oriented hotel, so the atmosphere was very chill.
Would totally recommend for a nice vacations. You have pool, access to the lake and well located that allows to move everywhere within the lake
I miss some amenities like slippers and robe.

The location is absolutely perfect — right by Lake Balaton and the beautiful promenade, with amazing views and a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel has been nicely renovated, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the balcony was a lovely bonus.The private beach and pool area made the stay even more enjoyable, especially during warm days.Breakfast and dinner offered a great variety of food.What we loved most was the combination of great location, relaxing atmosphere, and excellent value for money. It’s a perfect choice for couples, families, or anyone wanting to enjoy Balatonfüred comfortably. We would definitely come back again!

I like hotel location, my room was facing the lake and it was so good to sleep with fresh air. Bed was very good, nice shower, big towels. Breakfast was good, lots of choices, but dinner was kind of ok, some meat was just reheated, and warm. Overall is a good hotel.
I didnt like that guests need to pay for parking.

The location was excellent. The food was very very good.
They do not provide housekeeping during your stay. I had a five night stay so would have loved fresh towels at least once during my time. May seem minor but they only provide in room coffee fixings for one nights stay. The clerk at the front desk was condescending when I inquired about that and also was very unhelpful when I had a question about the TV and AC since there were no instructions in the room and neither were intuitive. I had 3 rooms booked and the pillows in all 3 were paper thin and forget about trying to get an extra.

Location is the best part, directly on the lake shore, with a beautiful park in front of the hotel. Otherwise it's good enough, nothing special. They offer rich breakfast in the morning and cooked warm dinner in the evening.
The hotel is quite dated, old-school, "retro".

The location near the peach. Also, close to beautiful Tihany village only 13 minutes by car. The spacious safe parking. The staff. The breakfast and dinner buffet was excellent. The private beach is very clean and beautiful. They quickly clean rooms daily.
The room was small. Dirty old carpet.
Only two uncomfortable pillows were in the room.

Location and quality of food.
Room was tiny but ok. TV and AC were not intuitive to operate. TV had no option to change language whereas other hotels I’ve stayed in did have that. AC kept shutting off and there were no instructions to operate. Front desk was not very helpful regarding that. Also, parking was a nightmare.
