Very clean, modern, and spacious. Located less than 10 minutes from train station and restaurants near lake. Very friendly host and well stocked, bright apartment.

Clean and spacious room in a convenient location walkable to Lake Balaton. A kitchenette is handy for making tea and coffee. Nice and friendly owner who gave us restaurant and sites recommendations which were very helpful.
Room a bit too warm without air conditioning (facility has aircon unit but the remote control was not provided). Only liquid soap in the bathroom and only two bath towels for two people. No other towel.

Balatonfured is beautiful and this was an ideal place to stay. In a quiet area and a 10 min walk from the lake. Host was incredibly friendly and helpful and apartment was well maintained and suited our family of 4 excellently. Children could play in the garden and air con was much appreciated.

A good sized self catering unit, in a block of three, comprising large bedroom and separate well equipped kitchen and dining room, including ceramic hob and microwave. Bright decor, and excellent lighting. Shower very good. Outside table and seating which I did not use (being February) but would be appealing in Summer. Friendly (Dutch) owners, who live in adjacent house so are readily available. Short walk from train station and lake. Good communication with owner regarding arrival.

The location is perfect.
The apartment is in a quiet street but very close to the center.
The host lives in the same place in the separate building, therefore it is very easy to collect and return the keys.
The bathroom has a glass sliding door. It does not isolate the sounds from the rest of the apartment.

Clean and very comfortable appartment.
There was everything I needed for my stay.
Large bed in bedroom, clean bathroom, kitchen had a lot of stuff in it's cabinets including coffee machine, microwave, cups, skillet and everything else you need for cooking.

The property itself is beautiful and we got a great, heartwarming welcome from the owners. Garden is great!
We were not fully satisfied with the overall cleanliness of the rooms. Nothing too alarming but it was far from spotless.
