Great location, 10 min from the lake. Beautiful apartment.
Many issues were Not handled by Customer service. Recommanded to: 1. Have the AC on, BEFORE guests' arrival on summer time.. IT WAS VERY HOT!!! 2. To clean all spiders from all places, we saw on first floor reception, on our balcony on 2' floor, and even in our living room!!! To clean the AC, otherwise it doesn't cool the room! We cleaned. spiders and AC. 3. To have lights on public places, like the way from the parking to your room, on the small yard for each floor, in the pool area, on the barbecue area. Basic needs. So DARK like they want you to sleep on 8 pm on your vacation. 4. To have kettle to make tea. Basic needs... 5. To have a window curtain for the toilet room. Basic needs. 6. To have the Freezer section in the fridge... part of our food went to garbage because of the missing freezer... basic needs. 7. It is better to have laundry machin as in many many apartments. And above all that, the lady told us that this is how it is. Nothing was changed, and no solution was made to any of the issues.

Great location. The apartment was modern and clean, with the majority of it having a light coloured interior. The main bedroom was spacious and lovely with a sofa.
The smaller room did't have enough space to move around the bed as it had a wide bed frame. The main door QR code opening system was complicated and needs an easier system. The bathroom could do with brighter title colours as it felt dark. We didn't have a view of the lake. The host wasn't attentive to whatsapp messages, maybe as it was Easter weekend.

Excellent location. The pool was fab for my kids, and the apartment was clean. Big beds perfect when kids want to hop in!
1 of the rooms had no air conditioning and door wouldn't close properly. No iron or kettle.

Modern Apartment in an excellent location just a few minutes walk to the lakeside and restaurants. The bed was large and comfortable and the apartment was very clean.
The shower was spacious but head was only hand held, so it was inconvenient to shower. It would be much better to have it fixed to the wall or, preferably, to a bar so that the height can be adjusted. We were short of cutlery, but extra was supplied quickly when requested.

- great location - pool - parking - nice apartment and view from the balcony - air condition
- wifi worked only for 1 day. It was a big problem for us, because we had some work tasks and especially we had a dog with us, which we wanted to watch through the camera while we were on the beach. There was no dog-friendly beach and we can't leave him without the camera, so we could not visit the beach. We immediately informed the owner about the issue, their answer that they are working on it, but the wifi could not be used even in the following 4 days. - the kitchen was poorly equipped, no kettle, bowl, 1 knife - we asked for earlier arrival and received a confirmation, but we had to wait 45 minutes for the room to be cleaned. - the price we paid was 85e (32 471 huf) higher than we expected, 850 EUR/5 nights... we really expected at least functional wifi. The first impression was great, but when we looked into it, we realized that there were many things, which are unacceptable for us considering the price

Very nice and friendly staff. Big rooms with a nice view to the Balaton. Very central. Everything can be reached by foot. A big Tesco shop is also nearby.
The cutlery in the kitchen was not complete first. However, the staff immediately added what was missing. There is unfortunately no night curtain or anything else to make the room dark in the night.

lovely apartment with everything you need for a short stay
there had clearly been a big party before our stay and there was a lot of bags of rubbish and broken glass near the parking area and also some on the steps up to the apartment.

spacious and good location
the ac which was listed in the order was not working we called the support phone and the woman on the line said I was wrong and the ax was ok the next day she came back to collect the payment at which point she said she would check the ac and call us back obviously she didn’t. we decided not to come back to the second night. as poor a service as I have ever encountered

Wonderful
The appartment was clean and the location is perfect, the beach, supermarket, shops and bars are close. The best thing was the pool, where everyone could enjoy the hot summer days.
Just the air conditioning could be more effective.
