The All Inclusive Hotel Marina Beach Resort is located in a large green park directly on the beach, offering views of the lake and the Benedictine Abbey on the Tihany peninsula. Extra splash is now provided by the water park at Danubius Hotel Marina. For a surcharge, the cooling water of Lake Balaton and the playful elements of the adventure park await you with armbands and a life jacket. Children can splash around in the secure children's lagoon or spend happy hours on the playground. A children's club with entertainment staff is available on site as well as an extra large fun pool with mini slides, water castle, animal figure fountains and water obstacle courses. The functionally furnished rooms are all equipped with a private bathroom, air-conditioning and satellite TV. A refrigerator is also provided. An all inclusive service is included in the room rate and can be enjoyed in the buffet-style restaurant. A children's buffet is offered as well. Pleasant
Excellent sand beach, kid pool and play area was fantastic, nice open green area on the lake, obstacle course in the lake was fun, water bikes, great on site activities (kid cars). Comfortable bed. Perfect location near the Tagore Sétány. We definitely made some beautiful family memories.
Thought it would be more upscale for the money we paid. It was fine, but not a luxury resort. Food was mediocre. Not bad and you can make it work but not much variety, just mostly similar carb-heavy options. Would’ve preferred more veggies than the small salad bar. Parking costs extra which was not disclosed previously. On site activities like water bike, kid cars, etc all cost money despite being an all-inclusive resort and it was cash only. Little strange.

It’s good value for the money, mostly elderly people
Check in needs serious improvement, it takes ages. Also the food selection, variety and taste also requires some revision. Overall it was a good stay.

Nice location, friendly staff, great view from the room. 2 restrooms in the suite. Great water zone for kids.
The room is a bit small for 2 adults and 2 kids, almost no space to walk around there. Pillows were not very comfortable. Food was not the best unfortunately but I really liked salad bar. Hot food was average. Kids food zone was not really different from adults and there was no choice for smaller kids until 1 year old. We had to use our own.

Location is great, staff also. Lots of activities for the kids and parents alike, private beach with sunbeds was awesome. It's big it's clean.
Beds are not comfy at all. Food is average, definitely expected more on that side.

Very nice pool and waterslides for kids, direct access for beach, multiple playgrounds.
The room was small, no appropriate bed for the child. Can't use any of the facilities before check-in or after checkout, only for extra charge (which was rather high). The restaurant is crowded, hard to find an empty table

Disappointing
The place is clean
The beds are super hard. The food is uneatable. Besides the playground, everything else costs money: the mini golf, the little electric cars, the game room, the water jungle gym etc. One can easily drop a €100 a day there on kid entertainments. The ATM machine in the lobby charges 14.5% conversion rate plus 6000 forint fee. Super annoying.

Very Good
The place is well run and organized. Breakfast 7-10 lunch 12-14 (snacks next to the lake 12-17) dinner 19-? Drinks all the time. The kids pool was included and our little son (4) really liked it! Get there early to catch a place in the shade. It has a shallow part with slides and a a deeper (smaller) part for older kids. Food was good for price, nothing special, but plenty of everything and well run staff for cleaning and stocking food.
Room was very small (superior), we didn't speak Hungarian so couldn't take advantage the extra activities (there were plenty), elevators were slow, in rush hours can stand for a long while in front of elevators waiting. Room was not really clean, there were left over crumbs on floor, and when we put up the sign to clean up room the maid (which was super quick) didn't change towels but justade the bed very poorly (the linen left the bed at night)

Location is amazing, staff is very friendly, considering its a 3star hotel, you get what you pay for (except that is just partially all inclusive) Retro feeling, a real time travel to my childhood
Its just partially all inclusive (coffee available 7-10am only example, no coctails etc) Food selection is nice, but all pasta overcooked Lobby smells like a school cantine No mineral water/ kettle in the room

It's not all included if you have to pay for the facilities in the hotel.the staff is nice beside the one that Wes near the lake, when my son got on one of the Inflatables in the water the lifeguard screem at us to go pay, this is not how you talk to a customer. I don't think we will go back

The beach
hotel with our family (2 rooms, during [insert dates]) and unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations, especially considering that we were traveling with young children. Throughout our stay, we encountered several serious issues: • The shower water temperature was unstable and unsafe, suddenly turning scalding hot – which caused a minor burn to our baby. • The elevators lack sensors and closed on our stroller several times. • We had two separate incidents with clogged drains, and the water pressure was very weak. • The children’s meals were repetitive and limited, contrary to what was advertised. • One evening we could not enter our room, and the issue took almost an hour to resolve. Eventually, your staff removed the door completely and relocated us late at night with two exhausted, crying babies. This situation caused significant stress and discomfort. As guests, and especially as a family with small children, we expected a much higher level of service, safety, and professionalism.

Location. All inclusive is nice.
The aircondition did not work first, but after a while it start running.(Thankfully) Booring food, its clearly for the tourists. Only one Hungarian dish in four meals (soup not included). But nothing wrong with the food. The lack of Hungarian cuisine was the only thing i missed

I do not like the fact that is not so clean, in the area where exist heaters must be cleaning because I saw spider web and a lot of dust ( especialy in the kids play room)

I and my wife were really satisfied with staying in this hotel. In all inclusive was practicaly everything included what you want, plenty of food, drinks etc. Even the snack bar between lunch and dinner was impressive. The staff was very nice and everything was functioning! I would definitely come back here.
The pillow was a bit thin for me cause I prefer more high pillows.

Location good, staff were polite.
On our second day 4 coaches turned up from Bosnia. I felt that the event was not organised well that had an impact on most of the guests who were not part of them. We had to queue for the lift, restaurant had no table at breakfast, people squashed into the reception area instead of designating areas and dedicating staff for the coach party. (There was plenty of space above the restaurant empty.)
