Room was facing the the busy road and there was some noise, but we slept well.

Fireplaces outside and opportunity to grill. Easy change of the apartment. Parking space. Landlord spoke German.
I am complaining on a high level. It is not straight forward how to get the key. But you can just WhatsApp and the landlord will come to bring you the key. I consider it rather information than a criticism.

The host was very welcoming and helpful. We had everything we needed for our spontaneous visit of the Balaton lake :) you have everything you need for a brief vacation. The nearest beach entrance is just 5-7 minutes walking with a lot of restaurants and cafes. There’s also a pool and parking space at the hotel. Highly recommend.

The cost was much cheaper than other options nearby. The owner was helpful, extended the pool hours for us by an hour, and we had a great swim.
The bed linens were unpleasant—synthetic and old—which made the entire apartment feel dated. The owner claimed he provided good linens. By the way, I passed by other apartments and they had neat white linens. The bathroom leaked.

Friendly guy, we booked late and arrived late and he came to give us the keys. We needed cash to pay for the room, so he drove me to the ATM. The room has a big balcony where you can take the breakfast.
The room for 3 persons that we got was not what we expected. And it is not about the size of the room, that we knew from the beginning. The beds were some type of couches, quite hard, the sheets were smaller than the bed and both the sheets and the towels looked really old. I think no matter how bad the bed looks, you can make it better by having fitting sheets, good looking and smelling sheets and towels. The bathroom is very small and doesn't have enough space to hang your stuff. I do not think this should be a room for 3 persons.

We stayed one night on the way to airoport. The apartment is nice and clean, spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. Very easy access to the highway and to the lake, yaht club Perfect value for great location. Little tip - come with your own shampoo. There are many things to do: play table tennis, pool, BBQ area, swing chair. Plasent place! We recommend it!
