It is adequate for families...
Towels, more wall plugs, a bit more care and skipping mowing the lawn at 9am on a Saturday would have been nice.

Exceptional
We had an amazing time there, we couldnt mention one point, that we didnt like. The host (Lajos) was nice, provided us with detailed infos about what to visit around, and the house was also 10 minutes walk from the beach. We plan to go back, thank you Lajos, greetings from Szeged
The pillow was too soft for me, but its subjective.
