There is only a ceiling-mounted showerhead in the bathroom, which makes it difficult to take a proper shower.

The location is nice, really close to the center and tram facilities. There is a paid parking place if you come by car. The staff member is nice and helpful.
There is a problem with the door of the bathroom, which makes a huge noise when closing the door. And the water tap of the bathroom is somehow leaking at our stay.

This was probably the oddest apartment my family has ever stayed in. Parking behind the building was great. The key was in the door on arrival so that was great. We were in the Duplex One Bedroom on the first floor. When you walk into the apartment there is a bathroom and a nice room with a double bed. But there are then pink and green cement free-floating stairs with no hand rail down into a basement. It looked, felt, and smelled like a bomb shelter which my family and I agreed it probably had been at some time. The odor was kind of a damp, moldy smell masked by air freshener. It gave my son a headache. But the oddest thing (and also the cutest thing for me, a mom, traveling with husband and two adult children) was that this basement had four twin beds all lined up in a row inches from one another like army barracks. We laughed quite a bit about this and then decided hey, why not, it's only for one night, and my husband, two adult children, and I slept in these beds in a row like the Whos in Whoville.
As mentioned, the odor was a bit unsettling. The basement kitchen was not well-supplied and we only used the refrigerator. Two bathrooms were nice to have but they weren't that clean. The shower tiles were moldy. The location of the apartment is close to everything, but, like most of Zagreb there is a lot of graffiti everywhere on the street and building so at first there was a little concern about the safety of the area. No problem though, we walked around at night and everything was fine. The city of Zagreb appears to be working hard on renovating buildings, monuments, and parks and I have no doubt it will soon be the next Prague.

Location is perfect, very easy to get around town .. amazing.
Confortable beds. Nice coffee outside the room.
Way to expensive for just a room (at least for new years). The reception worked way to late, therefore if u cant enter the building before check in hours you wont be able to leave your bags, we got lucky and found the building door opened xd.The bathroom door didint work and the sink was too small. The room needed at least a water heather on the desk to make some tea.

The position was great. Near downtown, clean and with private parking. 10 euros per day .
We were allowed to stay in a nice large room but I believe was too cold for the season and I prefer switch to another one smaller but warmer enough.
