Very Good
This is a well run hotel with a well trained staff. Exceptional is not good enough to describe the breakfast buffet. We travel a lot and this is among the very best for quality and variety.
There's no heat in the room. I was cold often. We were told that the entire hotel has either heat or air conditioning and it was set for cooling, not heating.

Good Location
A lot. Starting with checking in, I arrived around noon and was told I could not check in before 2 pm. When I asked if rooms were available I was told they were and I offered to pay a fee to check in since I was tired but was told they did not allow that. Even when I went up at 155 pm I was told to wait 5 minutes and that is just downright rude for a major chain, But the worst was to happen. I was very tired and went to sleep early and was woken by someone from the hotel in my room which really frightened me and when I went to speak to the manager the next day was never connected to them. 2 days later a letter was left on my door with a meager apology. This was very poor service overall.

Breakfast is for many tastes, choices are wide and there is something to choose, for sure.
WiFi is free and very good.

Beds are high quality, location is excellent, hotel staff is great.
Hotel furniture is from another century, but everything is clean. Reception shares the room number with taxies so be careful if you are solo female traveler as anyone can take lifts up to the room. There is no need to have hotel card to access hotel floors.

Honestly, not much. I guess the parking was easy.
Very run down room. White stains on the furniture. I am shocked that Westin would allow this hotel to use their name. Definitely was not the Westin experience that we are used to.

The room was large and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax and unwind, which made the stay more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is a real highlight—very convenient for getting around and within easy reach of key sights, restaurants, and transport links. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, contributing to a smooth and pleasant overall experience.
On the downside, the design feels somewhat dated and the hotel as a whole comes across as a bit tired. There are visible signs of wear and tear in several areas, and while everything functions as expected, the property would clearly benefit from a refresh to bring it up to a more modern standard.

The location was excellent. Just 15 minutes
walking from the main square. There are also two tram stops just outside the hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable as well. Tvko from the reception desk was also very helpful.

The hotel room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I was happily surprised because it was clear they had an architect or designer who knew how to design an classy room that is built to be high quality regardless of how many people that stay. This might be one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Additionally, a concierge helped me find a location to buy a coat!
This is about the attached restaurant, but you have to work hard to flag down an attendant for coffee. It’s strange that it isn’t self serve like everything else in the buffet. But that is all I can think of that I didn’t love!

It's a nice hotel. Facilities were good. Staff in the bar were really helpful.
When we arrived the hotel was in lockdown due to a political gathering (European People's Party). Our initial welcome was curt, there was a lot of security, and we seemed to be an inconvenience for the reception. We felt like second class guests. The room was fine, but a few things were a bit tired; the toilet door only closed with the use of the lock for example.
