Great location and friendly staff, used the pool and sauna, didn’t have breakfast included with room but paid for one. If you are hungry it’s well worth it as there is a lot to choose from including eggs to order from the wait staff and good cappuccino coffee. The room was comfortable, spacious, and quiet during the night, no issues with sound to disturb sleep, and the bed was comfortable.
Nothing. But if the carpet was replaced with flooring would be better.

Our first stay of the two - with a weekend away -- was fantastic. The room on the fourth floor was close to the elevator but quiet, it was exceptionally clean and cleaned well every day. The evening housekeeper Jackie was an absolute angel, and Milos at the hotel bar a great bartender, very personable. Breakfast was terrific, and the eggplant parmigiana at the hotel restaurant out of this world. The pool was great.

Milos at the hotel bar is a great bartender. The pool was still good, and so was the breakfast.
We stayed at this property twice, with a weekend elsewhere. The first stay was flawless. The second -- for exactly the same type room for the exactly the same price -- not nearly as good, more like a dingy copy of the first. The room on the second floor was very far from the elevators, the carpet in the hallways was threadbare (someone is going to trip over the hole in the carpet one day), the housekeeping slipshod, the wall mounted shampoos kept falling off and breaking in the tub -- and while there were two bathrobes, there was only one bathrobe hook. And even the same dish at the hotel restaurant, which was stunning the week before, was terrible the second time.

glass door at the staircase going from floor to floor didn't have a warning sign, label. I accidently bumped into it, no injury, but a sign indicating that it is glass would help.

Everything was fine, no complaints.
Good room size, clean, excellent breakfast.
I had to wait at check-in for about 10-15 mins.
There was just one clerc and some inconsiderate clients in front of me who wanted answers on all tourist-related information about Zagreb. The staff member answered all of them...but the line was getting bigger and bigger. The hotel should have more people at check-in or a special person for handling tourist-related information.

I had a great room, I was upgraded to the Executive suite for business and it was fantastic.
Honestly, I don't think there is anything that I didn't like. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was great, I had meetings in a private room, in the bar and in the restaurant. I didn't leave the hotel for 3 days as it really had everything I needed. I will definitely coming back again.

- Great spa and pool facilities available free of charge for guests, with wide opening hours
- Excellent breakfast, with food options among the most diverse I have seen at hotels (including also an a la carte menu)
- Most staff members were quite polite and cordial
- The rooms and building are quite functional and clean, but there is an overall feeling of oldness and outdatedness (does not detract much from the experience though)

There is a nice bar.
The Shampoo and Conditioner fell off the wall (it was attached with tape), and my towel had a hole in it. I did not feel 5 star quality at this hotel. The staff did not have anything to say but that they are sorry for the inconvenience.

We had a 1 night stop in Zagreb and we needed a hotel near the bus station. The hotel is nice with nice staff. Breakfast selection is nice and the room was comfortable. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk - 5 minutes drive from the main bus station. It was also about 10 minutes walk from the old center.
