Owner is very quick to respond and let us leave our luggage there within hours of booking, The location is excellent near to train station, Zagreb centre and for those that are backpacking there is a launderette a few doors away. I would highly recommend as its excellent value for money.
Not a problem for us at all, but if people prefer a shower rather than a bath and holding a showerhead then it may be an issue.

Exceptional design. It’s not old, not dusty, it’s really nice! Nice spacious bath. There is street parking.
It could be some contactless check-in/check-out possibility and card/online payment.

Easy to find from the train station and to get into the centre. There is a launderette a few doors down and a selection of bars and cafe's.
Felt a bit like someone's spare room that happened to be let-out. Christmas decorations, various items that were cleared from the owners residence in the flat next door.

The location is very convenient and safe (Overall Croatia is safe). It was very spacious and had all the settings and essentials for living in, despite being adapted to a serviced apartment. The interior decoration was quite fancy with some art collections. I met a staff who helped me with check-in and she was very nice. The owner was responsive to payment and other issues too.
It could be a bit hard to find in the beginning. Since it was adapted to a rental apartment, there may be some equipment that can be improved. e.g. there was no holder for shower spray head so I had to hold it all the time.

The room decoration was excellent and more comfortable than I expected.
The location was also very convenient, with a gym, supermarket and restaurant nearby, making it a comfortable place to stay for business use.

The host was very warm and welcoming She helped us arrange taxis for very good rates and provided good restaurant recommendations. We were able to leave luggage after checkout and communications were very easy.

An amazingly atmospheric and extraordinary performance. You feel like you're living in a museum. It transports you back a century.
