Everything is close, not far from city centre, 30m walk.
We are staying here for few years. What is obvious, cleanliness is worse by the year. Grout in showers, filters (that you can see) in air conditioners. carpets not vacuumed...

Our stay at Hotel Livris Zagreb was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, kind, and attentive, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere throughout our stay.
The hotel is impeccably clean, with beautifully designed rooms and thoughtfully arranged spaces that make you feel both comfortable and cared for.
Breakfast was excellent with great variety. The free parking is also a significant advantage and adds to the overall convenience.
Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended – a perfect 10/10 experience!

The room might have been a bit bigger and I'd prefer instant coffee instead of 2in 1 in the room.

Property was exceptionally cleaned, staff was friendly and breakfast was excellent. The healthy choices was very accommodating for someone who usually prefers to eat healthy. Also, we were here for nights and our sheets were changed after 3 nights. It was like being home.

I loved everything about this hotel. The location is amazing, close to the tram and a walking distance from the bus station.
They were able to provide me with early check in and an upgrade of my room so I was so pleasantly surprised that I booked a new date immediately.
The breakfast was pretty good, standard for a small hotel.
The room was super comfortable and had everything I needed.
Even though the hotel is small, they have a small elevator so you don't have to carry your suitcase.
I would especially like to mention the tall gentleman who works at the front desk - he is very good at his job.
Absolutely zero complaints.

The staff were extremely helpful and their English was fantastic. They booked a cheap taxi to the airport which was under half the price quoted by a local firm. When there was no parking, the hotel covered the cost of a paid space on a neighboring street.
The rooms were clean, modern, comfortable and of a good size. It was an enjoyable stay.
Whilst parking is provided, the are spaces limited and very tight. The breakfast selection was eclectic but satisfactory.

The location is excellent — close to the metro and main square, making it easy to get around. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is quite good with a nice variety. Overall, a great stay and good value for money.
