The hotel was in a great location that felt safe and accessible from the city. We had a larger car with a roof box and we could easily fit into the covered parking spots (that were lit up at night and under surveillance). Breakfast was amazing with so many choices of tasty food! There was even a small kids corner downstairs and that wasn’t advertised anywhere by the hotel so that was a nice surprise for the kiddo. Speaking of the kid - the crib was a huge plus. Everything was clean and new. We stayed in the larger attic deluxe room which was just the right size for a traveling family. We would / we will stay here again in the future. Staff was nice and helpful. Recommend.

Good location
Top floor had a/c issue, took a long time for the room to cool.

Wonderful
Thank you for the free room upgrade; great bed; quiet neighbourhood; fridge; very friendly reception who helped me out with maps and tips; excellent breakfast; proximity to bus station was very good but it is a tram or 30 minute+ walk to centre of Zagreb
Difficult to complain about a complimentary room upgrade but my particular room had some odd fluidity to it as when you open the door you are met by the floor to ceiling closet and then you have to get your luggage between that and the luggage rack - a little too tight of an entrance but to be clear I would rather have access to a luggage rack then not; my other comment is I wish reception would remind me at check in that there will be a city tax so I have that exact change (which was on odd amount) to pay immediately or have that exact amount ready upon checkout

Wonderful
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Though the 2nd stay the A/C was a little lacking on the 3rd floor. Location was good with nice cafe's and dining locations close by. Would definitely stay there again.
A/C on the 3rd floor was lacking a bit. Was told that a 2nd card could have been used to keep the power and A/C on when we left.

Friendly staff. Not far from the bus station and main town center.
Breakfast could be better. The bar should have draft beer.

Very Good
Everything is close, not far from city centre, 30m walk.
We are staying here for few years. What is obvious, cleanliness is worse by the year. Grout in showers, filters (that you can see) in air conditioners. carpets not vacuumed...

Our stay at Hotel Livris Zagreb was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, kind, and attentive, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere throughout our stay.
The hotel is impeccably clean, with beautifully designed rooms and thoughtfully arranged spaces that make you feel both comfortable and cared for.
Breakfast was excellent with great variety. The free parking is also a significant advantage and adds to the overall convenience.
Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended – a perfect 10/10 experience!

Wonderful
The staff, the capuccino, the look of the room, parking, the sunshine in the terrace.
The room might have been a bit bigger and I'd prefer instant coffee instead of 2in 1 in the room.

Property was exceptionally cleaned, staff was friendly and breakfast was excellent. The healthy choices was very accommodating for someone who usually prefers to eat healthy. Also, we were here for nights and our sheets were changed after 3 nights. It was like being home.

I loved everything about this hotel. The location is amazing, close to the tram and a walking distance from the bus station.
They were able to provide me with early check in and an upgrade of my room so I was so pleasantly surprised that I booked a new date immediately.
The breakfast was pretty good, standard for a small hotel.
The room was super comfortable and had everything I needed.
Even though the hotel is small, they have a small elevator so you don't have to carry your suitcase.
I would especially like to mention the tall gentleman who works at the front desk - he is very good at his job.
Absolutely zero complaints.
