I arrived expecting a balcony room I had booked and confirmed a balcony room, only to be downgraded without notice to a tiny, windowless space. My messages were ignored, and not even basic water was provided. As someone with claustrophobia, being unexpectedly confined to such a room was absolutely distressing. No hotel should ever impose such a change without informing the guest. It was truly horrifying, and I hope no one else has to endure that kind of experience. Rude unhelpful staff, we are foreigners and expected ti be well treated! Horrible no human should stay here.

Small and clean hotel near the central bus station. Location itself was bland but it's near the tram stop to the city etc. Clean and comfortable beds. Design was quite modern, except my room faced another building's windows so I was limited in keeping curtains open. But otherwise it was good for 1 nights.

Very friendly staff, nice hotel for a short stay, good restaurant, overall a very pleasant experience
I would suggest some more amenities in the bathroom and more hangers in the wardrobe - just a suggestion not a complaint :-)

We liked the restaurant and the staff there. Dinner and breakfast were great. The location is great.
The switch between the elevators to reach the 2nd floor. Iron pipes in the walls in the room.A new paint for the walls would be geat.

The hotels is very nice, the room very clean and the bed comfortable.
I do define as inconvenience that the restaurant of the hotel offers pizza outside the breakfast slot.

Wonderful
The room is nicely renovated to a more modern style and the bed and pillows was very comfortable. It is conveniently located near the main train station and a close walk to public transit and a grocery store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Also enjoyed the pizza dinner at the hotel restaurant.
The room itself is a bit small but sufficient for a short stay. The bathroom needs to be renovated to a newer standard but is clean.

Funky design in the reception area, great receptionist, very friendly staff. We needed a room for the night at the last minute and hotel Slisko was there for us, including with free parking and breakfast. The room was basic, but large, and served its purpose.

Wonderful
The room is a good size for travelers looking for value for their money. Its proximity to the bus station makes travel convenient. However, on the day of my stay, there was an issue with the air conditioner leaking water and a problem with opening the window. I informed the staff, and upon my return to the accommodation, these issues were resolved. On the whole the reception staff at the counter provided an excellent welcome and information service.
