The bed was really comfy, room was spacious, breakfast was delicious (so was dinner, but not included in the room), staff were friendly and polite
There was a really annoying loud noise every 19 minutes through the night, probably the Air con, but it made for a very restless sleep! Would have given it a 9 or 10 if it wasn't for this! Also, no Fridge in the room

Wonderful
This is a great place to stay near the Zagreb bus station. The rooms are clean and spacious, fitted with all the necessary amenities. The Jelačić square can be reached on foot by a half-an-hour walk, or by using public transport.
The breakfast definitely needs improvement. Serving cold pizza slices in the morning doesn't sound good. Also, having a toaster where one can toast bread slices is a must.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the bus station. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable.
I took off a few points because of the poor customer service at reception. When I arrived late at night, several guests were left waiting while the receptionist was outside smoking. Unfortunately, the same situation happened again later when I approached the desk to request a quieter room due to excessive noise near the stairwell. I once again found the receptionist outside smoking and socializing, and my concern was handled with little interest or professionalism.

I arrived expecting a balcony room I had booked and confirmed a balcony room, only to be downgraded without notice to a tiny, windowless space. My messages were ignored, and not even basic water was provided. As someone with claustrophobia, being unexpectedly confined to such a room was absolutely distressing. No hotel should ever impose such a change without informing the guest. It was truly horrifying, and I hope no one else has to endure that kind of experience. Rude unhelpful staff, we are foreigners and expected ti be well treated! Horrible no human should stay here.
