Healthy breakfast, comfy bed, clean room... overall this was a very plesant stay and im sure i will stay here again next time i have to go to Zagreb.
Its hard to find what i didnt like :) maybe the central ac had issues for around 30 mins or so, but on the other hand maybe i was using it wrong ?

Breakfast was very good. Staff is extremely professional and kind. Location has great connection through public transportation to the city centre and main attractions. Bathrooms are clean and functional.
Beds need to be upgraded. They are a bit worn out and lumpy. Carpet in the room looks old and dirty even though it's probably clean.

The staff was very nice and answered our questions throughly. :) the spa bathtub was a highlight! It’s very close to the tram and easy to take into the city center. The hotel did feel more like a home than a hotel. Thank you! ?

I was initially a little worried after booking and checking the directions on Google maps - hotel didn't look great... but I was very, very pleasantly surprised! The hotel was 5 star! Friendly staff, absolutely stunning room (with a lounge, a queen bed, a massage shower & a jacuzzi tub, bath robes & slippers), free parking & good breakfast. We arrived early, parked our car & bought an all day tram pass and went exploring. €4 for an all day ticket, payable in cash to the driver. Tram stop is 50/90m from the hotel.
The only thing I can fault the room on, is the rooms are not sound proof and being right next to the elevator, it was a little noisy. But that was a few seconds at a time and not enough to complain about. Minibar is overpriced, but there's a Lidl a stone's throw away, so we bought our own drinks.

Very friendly staff! Decent sized room, with desk, bath and separate shower. However there is limited bathroom window coverage, so you're sort of half exposed which can be experienced as uncomfortable.

very helpfull staff
hotel is directly on main street with busses, trams, cars - very noisy, even at the back side, long at night and from 4.45 in the morning. walls are not insulated, so with sun shining all day, the temperature in the room was 27 degrees begining of March. the hotel is old and needs renovation.

Wonderful
Very comfortable, spacious and clean room, friendly and professional staff. All areas of the hotel look nice and well maintained. Breakfast had different options, various choices. The hotel is very well connected to the city centre by public transport.
The only downside was the noise - the hotel is on a busy street and the windows don’t isolate much. Other than that everything was great.
