Disappointing
-The hotel was clean.
-The staff was AMAZING and FRIENDLY (inarguably, the staff were the BEST part of the hotel).
I'm honestly surprised that this hotel even qualifies as a 5-star hotel.
First, the breakfast had a very limited selection, yet, this isn't even the worst part of it. Many of the dishes in the BUFFET were empty, or had gone stale, and upon requesting the renewal of the items, they would ONLY supply that item for the person requesting it, rather than renewing the buffet itself. This is not an A La Carte!
Second, we had arrived to the hotel with a car. We knew that the parking would not be included as a part of the stay, but to charge more than 200% the standard fare of parking in Zagreb is a SCAM. Why would we need to pay 30 euros instead of 13 euros especially that we are guests of the hotel. Parking is really hard to find in Zagreb and to abuse that fact is not acceptable when the aim should be supporting the guest.
Third, the location wasnt as good as advertised. It wasnt horrible but wasnt as good as we expcted.

Very nice and comfortable. Made us breakfast boxes to go because of an early flight. Very large bedroom with a large fancy bathroom. Fantastic rain shower.

This is a great destination unto itself. Even if you don’t love Zagreb, you will love this hotel, from Lovro, Ivano, Phillip, Renato, Anna, Matije, and Luka in the main hotel, to Maureen and Ann for Thai massages, you will be spoiled.

For 300euros, this felt everything but not like a 5 stars. The bread food we had in room service was average, the breakfast was a joke, we decided not to eat the breakfast and went to a cafe nearby. And the only thing nice the room has is space, but an empty space, no decoration, not like in the pictures. Very disappointed, for the price.

Very spacious room, big bed, great risotto and breakfast
They dont pay attention to details. Heathing not working until you call reception and ask them to put it on. Sauna room in general looks very weird. Needs improvement for sure.

Wonderful
Very helpful staff with good recommendations to explore. Great breakfast buffet. Room had large windows with lots of light, and bathroom was good size. Our room was right next to the elevators, which I was initially concerned about but we couldn’t hear anything in the room, so they seemed well insulated.
Parking was a bit expensive, though extremely convenient.
