The location was very convenient for access to the old city and the main tourist attractions in the city.. The staff were very friendly and were able to communicate in english comfortably

Breakfast was good.
The bathroom was not clean, the toilet wouldn't flush properly. Unmaintained facilities. At one point there was water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. I checkedout out soon after to avoid any hazards.

Staff came to check out the ac said it’s working and they can’t do anything about it
They claim they have ac in rooms which doesn’t work got a room that was 85degrees couldn’t sleep all night bathroom was terrible and needs refurbished

I don't recommend it for anyone
This is not a hotel at all.
It's like a jail. It's a special place for drunk people and not for families or any woman at all.
It's unsafe and there's bad service. The receptionists are liars.
There's no air conditioning and the bathroom wasn't clean at all.
We already made a report to the police and the city department of tourists. And don't believe the pictures they show you on booking.com because they're fake.

Availability of parking space.
The lady on checkout counter was polite.
Air Conditioning devices are present, but they do not cool down the air. That is if you got the room in which AC is working (just blowing, not cooling), in others it is not even blowing. You need to keep open door to get some air which id a major security issue. In some rooms windows are tightened with screws so the guests cannot open them (probably to prevent jumping from higher floors). The staff did not mention any of this during check in, but they state they do, at least to the non-Booking.com customers. The fee is non-refundable, so by the time you figure out what did you pay for, it is already too late.
The staff also recommended to read the reviews prior to booking, since they are not responsible for cancelations with a full refund.
Parking space is present, but not included in the property price, so it should not be listed in the property features, but in additional description, preferably with bold letters.
Not to mention that daily parking ticket on the public parking around the hotell is probably cheaper.
There is also a tourist fee that is not included in the property price.

If i compare with my all before stay in my 20 yrs experience, It is old contstructed Hotel, where the bathroom is very conjested. No Room Cattles/Coffe/Water Etcs.
Air conditioner was not working and even after informing them, they are helpless to fix it. Ultimately I had to quite the hotel and they denied the refund. So i paid 74.00Euro just to walk thier hotel, put my luggage for 2 hours. I booked again Hotel Hilton Garden Inn @ higher price. Also I paid a taxi from Laguna to Hilton. I sent many message, reminders but they are silient on this matter.

The staff was excellent
I wanted to like Hotel Laguna because it has one major advantage: the location. It’s within easy walking distance of many sightseeing attractions, and the reception staff were outstanding. They were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to recommend great places to eat and visit, which really enhanced our stay.
Unfortunately, everything else was a major disappointment.
We stayed on the 1st floor, where the air conditioning did not work at all, making the room extremely uncomfortable. The window was broken and had fallen off, which was both inconvenient and a serious safety concern.
The cleanliness throughout the room was unacceptable. The floors were covered in dirt, dust, and stains, while the light switches and other surfaces were coated with grime and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned or dusted in months. There was no extra blanket available only the decorative bed cover, which did not appear clean enough to use.
The bathroom had several issues as well. The shower took 5–10 minutes before the water became warm enough to use, wasting both time and water. There was also no shower curtain or proper glass enclosure, so water splashed all over the bathroom floor after every shower.
The Wi-Fi was another major frustration. It barely connected and was unreliable even on the first floor where our room was located.
The poor maintenance extended beyond our room. The hallways and walkways were covered with deep, dark stains that looked like they had been there for years, giving the impression that the carpets and floors had not been properly cleaned in a very long time.
Overall, while the location and the excellent reception staff deserve recognition, they simply cannot make up for the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, broken facilities, and unreliable Wi-Fi. Unless the hotel undergoes significant renovations and dramatically improves its housekeeping standards, I would not recommend staying here.

Nothing I liked there. Breakfast was the only good thing.
The air conditioning in my room was not working at all. I complained to the hotel staff, and they never fixed it. I will not recommend it to anyone.

Naturally, this is a very cheap hotel, so expectations shouldn't be high. This was the first time I have ever booked a hotel without reading the reviews - big mistake. However, cleanliness is the bare minimum to be expected. The first room I was given, I had to ask to be moved - the toilet seat was broken, the bed was filthy (hair & stains on the bed covers)... I almost left the hotel but was only in town for a conference, and only there to sleep, so asked to be moved to another room, which I was. The bed was clean, at least. The bathroom was still full of mould. Windows with signs on asking you not to open because it will probably fall down... breakfast was... sad. The hotel is in complete disrepair. Open vents above the bar with wires hanging out, and whatever you do, don't use the lobby toilets, sticky floors and the smell of a downtown public bathroom. if price is your reason for booking, it is cheap, and location is good, that's about all. I don't recommend it. Other reviews will attest to this. If you do book - good luck!

Disappointing
Unfortunately, it was very dirty. It looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned or dusted for a long time, and the stains were still there. The only thing that seemed clean was the bed sheets, although I’m not even sure about that. I won’t even start talking about the bathroom , it was clearly not cleaned. The toilet flush was broken, and I had to struggle several times just to get it working. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience for me, unfortunately.
