Great staff, can't even highlight how great, thanks a lot! Very welcoming and helpful. The room was on the smaller side but very well organized and we did not lack anything. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was great as well! The location is super convenient.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, with tow pillows per guest, a coffee machine, and a kettle. Our room faced the backyard, so it was very quiet. The rooftop terrace on the sixth floor was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the views. The Wi-fi was strong, and the charging facilities were excellent. There is a supermarket just two blocks away, which is very convenient. The hotel has around 20 on-site parking spaces, but be aware that the entrance is easy to miss. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety to choose from, and the staff were polite and friendly.

The location was perfect in the center. The hotel looks new and clean. The staff are very helpful and kind. Felipe in the reception was very helpful. The food is not a buffet style but very delicious and fresh. P.S. People in Zagreb are very kind in general. We didn’t face any bad incidents. From the time we arrived until the time we left people were very kind and respectful.

Fantastic stay in Zagreb! The hotel is modern, stylish, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The location is excellent for exploring the city, and everything felt convenient and well organized. What really stood out was the staff — everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Filip at the front desk and Zara and Leon in the restaurant were especially wonderful and made my stay even more enjoyable. Excellent service and hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The hotel was very modern just 13 minute walk to the main square. The breakfast was upon order with a good hot breakfast. You have everything you need in the room. Plenty of toiletries and slippers. Just hangets no closet. A decent place to stay in Zagreb.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel is immaculate — modern, spotless, cozy, and incredibly comfortable, with such a warm and welcoming feel. The location is perfect too, right in the heart of Zagreb and super convenient for exploring the city. If you appreciate cozy comfort with a modern touch, this is definitely the place to stay. It completely exceeded my expectations, and I’m genuinely so happy I chose this hotel! A huge shout-out to Filip at the front desk, and to Zara and Leon at the restaurant — you guys were wonderful and made my stay even more special. ❤️ Such a great experience from beginning to end. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without a hesitation!

Very modern and trendy facility. Recently renovated. The beds were good. Very convenient 1 and half bathrooms for a group of +3. The breakfasts were good and with a lot a options. Very close to the boulevards and tourist attractions
The AC was difficult to adjust. In the hallways the temperature was nicer than inside.
