Excellent location—this hotel is perfectly situated near the major bus tour pickup points, which made our morning departures incredibly easy.
A special mention goes to Anna Maria at the front desk. She gave us a warm welcome and was exceptionally attentive, ensuring all our requirements were met with a smile. Since we had early starts for our excursions, the hotel thoughtfully arranged breakfast boxes for us; they were well-prepared and more than adequate for a morning of travel.
The room itself was well-furnished, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for convenience and great service in Zagreb

The hotel was super centrally located, modern and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, efficiently designed, the bathroom nice and the bed was very comfortable.
The rooms were all very hot during the night and despite putting the room's temperature at the lowest setting, it was still very warm. Since the tram is quite loud and directly outside the room opening the window meant lots of noise, so the option was either sleeping in the heat or noise. The breakfast options were all fairly heavy, including a small fruit salad or something more fresh at no additional cost would have been nice.

In the first place, to us staff makes the difference. We stayed short, but everyone we interacted with was overly welcoming, kind, pleasant, but also very professional. The a-la-carte brakfast was presented almost as you are in a fine-dining restaurant. The room was very spatious, perfectly clean, and modern. The parking in the backyard is convenient, and with a reasonable fee of 15 eur/day for such a central location. We wil come back for sure!

Fantastic hotel, I was in the mid of December, and the location is perfect—right in the city center and ideal for visiting the Christmas markets, main streets, and cafés, all within walking distance. The festive atmosphere and surprisingly good winter weather made exploring even more enjoyable. The hotel is few steps away from the Just a few minutes’ walk from Ban Jelačić Square, which was beautifully decorated for the Christmas markets and full of festive atmosphere during our winter holiday.
The room was modern, warm, and quiet, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was a-la carte style, fresh, tasty, and well organized. You could enjoy fresh food cooked, and the fresh juice was awesome.

Great location, we had 2 rooms, both comfy and clean, staff very nice (girls from reception, cleaning ladies and a girl from the breakfast), breakfast a la carte was really good. They have parking which is a big plus.
