Everything was perfect. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were cooperative and helpful throughout our stay, ready to assist with anything we needed.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. The organized parking area was also a great convenience.
Overall, it had everything one needs for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended.

Big and comfortable rooms with a comfortable bed. A Nespresso machine is available in the room. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Overall, a very business-oriented hotel.
The hotel is quite far from the city center. Although the breakfast was good, it was always the same each day. The food was also very similar between lunch and dinner. The rooms were very warm, and I had to keep the windows open continuously even though it was February.

Close to the city, easy walking distance. Option of super cheap public parking.
The hotel is quite warm, and for overall comfort and energy efficiency, I would suggest reducing the heating throughout the hotel by a few degrees. I also noticed that many guests were keeping their windows open, myself included. If possible, I would suggest organizing the smoking area a bit better, as there are only two tables, which are usually occupied in "eating" hours.

Very clean room. Comfortable bed, ample space to relax after a long day.
Noise level is quite good when it comes to traffic, but not as good when it comes to the inside of the hotel. In the morning, I was able to hear the alarm clock from the next room. Something to consider.

A good solid option if you’re looking for a convenient place without shedding too much money to stay in Zagreb. The location is great about a 10-15 minute walk to the city center, making it easy to explore the main attractions, restaurants, and shops on foot. The hotel itself is quite basic, but it gets the job done. The rooms are simple and functional, offering what you need for a short stay. It’s a good choice if you’re not looking for anything overly fancy and just want a clean, practical place to rest after a day of sightseeing.

The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable with a large working desk. The hotel is only a short walk to the city centre (15 minutes). The food at the hotel is wonderful, and the service is as well. It is a great place for business or leisure. Clean, comfortable, cosy, natural products and very professional and kind staff. The parking garage is connected to the hotel and costs about 15 EUR a day, which is a good price. Different coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and stores are close around.

Clean rooms with nice vibes. The beds were super comfortable! Nice location. Not too far from the center and the Christmas market. Nice bedding and decor.
The parking could have been a bit easier. It was an okay price I guess for a daily rate but I think with the overall cost of the room it could've been included.

Room was spacious and we had everything we needed. Easy check in and clear information about parking.
Walls are thin - we could hear vacuum cleaning in other rooms in the morning (this woke me up). Also reception misinformed us about we will not need reservation for restorant type trattoria, when I asked if they could make reservation for us. Maybe it is easier to say you do not do reservations for guests...
