Bathroom did not have any shelf, none, for cosmetics and toiletries.

The hotel is at the city center. There are restaurants/bars nearby. It is also at the squre and the market. A perfect location !
The facilities are also great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We love it.

It was our third stay at the hotel, so, I think it's obvious :)
Excellent location close to historic things, museums, entertaining places for kids, restaurants. Predictably good breakfast. :)
Bathrobes are too small :) and some rooms are not really soundproof, so it maybe noise in the evening with open windows

Location is great, rooms are good size, clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Parking was good, but it would have helped to have the instructions sent via booking to say to ring the bell at the parking when you get there so that the barrier is raised and you can drive right in. Then to use the Maric passage to walk right through to where the hotel is. We figured it out but were initially a little helpless.

it was a brilliant location right in the heart of town and the view from our room just opposite the Main square with the Cathedral and the Dolac open air market... lots of bars, restaurants and shopping just a few steps away... Love this hotel and the staff were very helpful and friendly. we will definitely come back...
cannot think of anything we didn't like....!! i would give this property a 9/10 ....

The room was very spacious and beds were very comfortable. The bathroom is also spacious and renovated. The location is perfect and in the very center of Zagreb. They gave us complimentary water, which was great.
The hotel room was squeaking (probably from the type of windows in combination with sun). In case if you want fresh air instead of AC, there was only one window that can be opened.
