They didn't give me the room I had booked. Afterward, under the guise of an "upgrade," they took us to a smaller room. Even though we had requested the exact same room we had stayed in previously, we couldn't stay in that room. I will never choose this place again. I do not recommend it.

Room size ok, close to the highway. Pizza in the restaurant was great
Breakfast was bad. Old fruits. Rather limited choices. Non tasty pastry etc.
No kettle in the room to make tea. Or anything else for that matter.

Disappointing
Very disappointing breakfast experience for a 4-star hotel.
We went for breakfast around 9:00 AM, and the selection was already extremely limited, with very little food available. There were clearly not enough staff to manage such a large breakfast area, and the overall service was poor and unhelpful.
I requested a simple egg to be prepared, but I was told that breakfast time was over and they could not make it. If breakfast service is still running, guests should be able to expect the basic items to be available and the staff to be willing to assist.
For a 4-star hotel, this level of breakfast service and staff support is simply not acceptable. The overall experience was disappointing and far below what I would expect from a hotel of this category.

Close to airport.
You have to pay for car 15 euro. Even we booked 3 rooms. I didn’t see it in booking. I put with parking. Even the room take 3 people we have to book 3 room for 6 people.

It's located too far out of town. You can't choose between twin bed and queen bed before you arrive and there's no guarantee you will get what you need.

We’ve stayed here 3 times already. Overall the place is beautiful, and the restaurants in house are amazing. We frequently stay here as it’s close to the airport but a quick ride to the centar.
This is our 3rd time staying- the issue we had was regarding the crib for our baby. It says children stay free then they ask for a 10euro charge for the crib. The crib was NOT clean. There were Holes, it was dirty and had stains. For how much you pay for this place a nicer crib would be good. ( in general a clean nice crib would be nice! ) I didn’t really feel comfortable placing baby to sleep there.
The bathrooms each time we stay get worse.

The room was very comfortable and clean, the staff was exceedingly nice, and the breakfast was quite good.
As of February 2026 the parking is 15 euros for guests of the hotel which is too much.

Hotel is easily accessible, very spacious , room was large and clean
Would suggest to include coffee machines in the room and more amenities in the minibar , as this was quite poor for four star hotel !
