The price is right for what you get: a bed to sleep in and your own en suite bath with shower. City center location.
Postage stamp sized room left no place to access baggage or even sit down, except on a bed.

Zoran, the owner of the property was very friendly and tells you what to do in the city in a map. The room itself is okay, excellent shower strength and the bed was comfy.
Although Zoran was very friendly, he does not look presentable as a receptionist and meet me carrying ciggerates. He has very broken English and often made negatives comments judging me for being American. When going in the room, you hear EVERYTHING outside and the walls a very thin so you are hearing convos with guests you won’t meet. They were pretty loud at night. Also, you are in a basement so the view is dark. And the TV did not work.

I like the location, everything is ok...
I don't like the room, because it is very small,the original pictures in the booking are not disame...i am not satisfied,this is the kitchen shared...i am looking for an apartment like a home.. but this is not disame from my booking and expectations ... I am sorry?

Only the position, very central in downtown Zagreb.
The room was in a basement. Window by the street was looked by the host so there was not the option to have fresh air inside. The room was very humid and smell of cigarettes was coming from other rooms. We had no sleep.

Although we did not experience the room, our experience with our host was not professional.
We did not have a good experience with this establishment. We arrived a bit early to our reservation but only by 30 minutes, but it was nighttime. We arrived to a dark door and no street lights. We rang the doorbell multiple times and we received no answer. The host had not messaged me prior to our arrival about any check in process so we were very confused as to why no one was there. We called the hosts number and received a rude and seemingly intoxicated man on the other end. He told us he’d be at the apartment in 40 minutes. We had no where to go, it was very old out, and had a lot of luggage. We waited outside the apartment, but after the time had passed we did not hear from the host and had to make other arrangements. When we messaged the host to ask if they was coming so we could possibly cancel and make other arrangements, we did not receive an answer. Overall, a situation that made both me and my partner uneasy and uncomfortable.

Location was very convenient and near the train station. Room had all the basics you needed. No cooking or refrigerator in the room but there was a common little kitchen area I assume one could use. I didn’t as there were plenty of places to get food nearby.
One interior door would not open. Luckily there was a worker there who eventually got it opened.
