Good
It was a good location for the price. The room is on the top floor, three floors up. Zagreb was hot the days we stayed and our place did not cool down to much at night. Parking was right out front for a charge.
There is one A/C unit by the entrance door that did not work very well. It did take the humidity out of the rooms but that was about it. There were floor rotating fans in each room that helped cool you down at night,

Nothing
The room was advertised as 33 m², but the actual size seemed to be around 18 m². Due to the limited space, the room was not comfortable and did not meet the expectations set by the booking description.

Wonderful
Great location, right next to public parking and a garage. The place is spacious and nicely renovated.
It was quite cold inside when we arrived, the air conditioner wasn’t enough to warm the place up.

Very Good
I like how the apartment was smacked right in the city center, so everything was of walking distance. We were able to get to our destinations basically by walk. I like how there were a lot of cafes, restaurants, bakeries, and groceries nearby.
The apartment was also spacious enough for 3 girls, so that was nice. And the apartment was decently clean.
I didn't like how the apartment did not look like the ones in the photos posted on booking.com. It was quite different so my expectations were quite different too.
The details or amenities in the apartment was just the bare minimum.

I was given the address on website however when I arrived there I have to wait in the dark with the taxi driver, finally a lady from the Philippines with night gown and slippers walked me a few blocks in order to get to the "real" place... it was quite a hassle... especially when I first arrived, the owner had tried very hard to explain to me what happened, nonetheless it was never expected to go to another location rather than the advertised one, the owner should have told me before hand, it is something very unexpected... be better if I was told earlier to save my nerve....
As in the above....

Exceptional
Short walk to downtown, near to grocery, well equipped like a real house (apartment).
It is a basement apartment with windows at one side.
2 toilets has been very useful. Big space to accommodate 6 of us.
Street parking can be difficult to find, but we managed to get one right at the door steps for 13.50 euros for 24h.
Renovation on the floor above of the apartment. Light noise started at 7.30am.
No washing machine and microwave.
