This property is beautiful on the inside with luxury touches. We stayed in a Jr. Suite that gave us ample room. The breakfast was well prepared and there were plentiful options. We had an issue with our pricing, which we were able to resolve thanks to a helpful staff member.
There is currently a lot of construction and graffiti in the area. This caused the location to be inaccessible to public transportation. But the city is very walkable, one just needs to allow a little extra time.

A good hotel in the middle of the city in lower town Zagreb. A very good breakfast and clean nice hotel with friendly service.
The room I stayed was little small but good for single person could be little claustrophobic for two though!

The attitude of one employee ( I believe her name is Vedanta) when I ask for a check in around noon after a long journey her rude response was we don’t check in until 2pm, when as about parking her response was the same 2pm like checking after her rude an unfriendly response she realized the parking lot was 1/2 empty and give us access. Her unprofessional and rude response is the only reason why the property doesn’t get a 10 .

I only stayed here for one night (arrival by air, departure by bus) and my main reason for booking was the location relatively close to the bus station. I ended up walking to/from the station both ways, which took about 20-25 minutes each way, relatively convenient if you have small luggage. (There's also a tram, but I didn't attempt it.) The hotel is also pretty well located for walking to other sights in the city center.
My room was pretty small -- pretty much just a bed and a small desk at the foot of the bed -- but perfectly nice and functional. The style of the room and the hotel in general is a bit dated, but in a sort of comforting way that I liked :) Breakfast is served starting quite early (at 6:30 if I recall correctly) which is very convenient if you have an early departure.
Some very loud, presumably drunk people in the hallway outside my room woke me up at about 2 AM (on a Saturday night) and were singing, yelling, and loudly opening/closing doors for about 30 minutes -- annoying, but not the hotel's fault and could happen anywhere.

I had a great 4-night stay at the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from each morning. The room was very comfortable, the bed was great, and everything was extremely clean throughout my stay.
The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I also appreciated the free parking, which is a big plus. The location is ideal—just about a 10-minute walk from the city center, making it very convenient for exploring.

Great place in the centre of Zagreb. They have their own parking which is very convenient. As you would expect the staff is very polite and the place is clean. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of items.
