Clean and efficient. except for the arranged pick up at the airport in Zagreb, which Booking.com arranged for me, which was a little expensive and connecting up with the driver Moe was to say the least rather difficult not sure why he’s trying to pick me up at departures when I’m landing at arrivals and standing there waiting and less than ideal didn’t get to the hotel until 3 o’clock in the morning

The breakfast was a nice European breakfast and the room was clean. The neighborhood was clean and it was safe to park the car in the lot. Free parking was helpful too.
The AC never actually cooled the room. It ran but the temp and high humidity never dropped. Then the AC completely shut off in the middle of the night. Woke up hot and sweaty!
The pillows were also terrible.

Great hotel in a nice location a few kilometers from the airport. Clean room and a comfortable bed. I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay, but for an overnight stop while waiting for a morning flight, it fits the bill perfectly. For me, it deserves the maximum rating for a hotel designed to accommodate travelers near the airport.
Breakfast starts rather late on working days at 7:00 a.m., which may not be suitable for early flights. However, the staff were really great, and when I mentioned that I had to leave earlier, they offered to prepare breakfast just for me, which was awesome.

Appartment is located in the inner part of the building, all the windiws open to the common hallway. No view, no fresh air, lots of noise from people leaving/arriving to other appartments.

The breakfast had good quality food and great variety of food items.
The room was small, and the hotel was not that close to the airport. We found out at the airport that there was no free airport transportation shuttle as per their advertisement. We picked this hotel for an overnight stay with a free airport shuttle in mind. Unfortunately, we have to pay Uber service (unplanned 60 euros) for to and from the Zagreb airport. That was very disappointing ?.

Good location close to the airport. Breakfast is fantastic. Beds comfortable. No real restaurant so you have to go to something close by. Front desk lady was nice given all the work she had to do by herself. She was helpful at accommodating our request to have our two rooms close together.
Nothing special, a typical airport hotel. Single employee at check in who had to do everything, so if several people arrived at once there was a wait. She was also the bartender in the bar. Note- it was a solid 20 minutes to the airport, so not as close as I thought

Close to airport. Pleasant staff. Plentiful early breakfast. Bar serves drinks all day. Airport uber approx 10 euro. .
Price at desk or call in reservation should be lower than booking.com price. No restaurants for dinner nearby to walk to.

The beds were single beds put together as a double bed. I understand this is standard in Europe but not common in North America.
The receptionist was excellent in shifting our room despite there being a full house.

Always the staff. Extremely nice and helpful
They need to turn their mattresses. I had a double twin bed room. The one closest to the bathroom must be the most used. It was very uncomfortable .
I end up moving to the other bed. It was better.
