Pleasant
After a very problematic first night, the staff was extremely helpful and made things so much better that I stayed a second night, happily, with no problems at all. Very slick, pleasantly furnished place. The staff was also helpful with everything else: finding things, using public transportation. Really makes a difference.
The room had skylights, which needed to be open for ventilation, and this particular room was next to the tram line, so it shook when the tram went by. Without ventilation, the room smelled bad. I understand this; it happens in big cities with old buildings, but it still made the night unpleasant. It was also difficult to charge everything, because you had to disconnect the TV or the cooker. But when the staff opened the skylight in the morning, fresh April air poured in and it turned into a very nice room indeed.

Location is great and breakfast was good. The room was comfortable too.
Twice we had to request towels which were not provided and at one point we had to take a cold shower as the boiler was not working. To be fair, the receptionist resetted it however it took some time before the hot water was available again. Also the trams are really noisy and although the room is equipped with double glaze windows the sound of them throughout the night did not let us sleep well.

The hotel has an ideal location, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to answer any questions. The breakfast offered a good variety and was more than sufficient. Overall, it is an excellent hotel for its price - comfortable, practical, and functional.

Location is great! Staff is very friendly.
The room in the 3 floor is very noisy. The hotel does supply guests with ear plugs but even with the ear plugs, the room shakes from time to time and you can hear noise from the street.

The breakfast was exceptional, loved it! Guests in the comments complained about the tram noises, but I heard nothing. The hotel also provided earplugs (if needed), but I left them unopened because I didn’t have any trouble sleeping.

Very good breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. Location is great, less than 5 min from the main square so you can have a little tour even if you don't feel like walking too much for whatever reason. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Tram noise and shaking is quite annoying to be honest, but then again we were tired and found it to be manageable and so we had a good night sleep. The parking offered within the hotel description is not a hotel parking but rather public parking which costs 13 eur per day, which is fine but it would have been nice to have had been made aware of that upfront.

Very welcoming staff and reception. Clean and in very central location
Trams are shaking the building, at least we felt it in our room, when they pass during the night, but not in a way you cannot sleep. They prepared the ear plugs, but we did not use them

The hotel staff was super friendly and kind. Was willing to help us replace our room at our request ans was attentive.
Hotel had stairs, including inside the room. Also, noisy environment. Trams movement caused the rooms to shake.. Rooms were dusty.

The interior a, rooms and breakfast were outstanding.
In a not great block, with an odd entrance thru an alley—-but one inside it was very nice.
