The apparent was clean and up to date. Walking distance to downtown, easy access to parking.

The location is stunning, right near the Sea Organ along the Adriatic coast and in the Old Town of Zadar. Very close to the major historical sites, good restaurants, but in a neighbourhood, very quiet at night. The room itself was lovely--very clean, comfortable and elegant. There is a Nespresso coffee machine, a mini fridge, it was perfect for my work stay.

We loved everything - just a short walk to the Sea Organ, near many good restaurants and cafes, just high enough off the street for privacy, yet very few steps. The room had many windows with blackout curtains, double sinks in the very nice and spacious bathroom, the lighting was was great and the bed comfy. We did not need the air conditioning so we don't know how that was. We would gladly stay again.
I like the windows open but the loud motorcycles made it impossible.

Great location, beautiful clean room that as amazing and comfortable bedding. Fridge located in room. Great AC, Great views. It is a guest room so there is no staff at the location, but they texted me and provided a the information I needed prior to checking in.

Lovely comfortable rooms with great bathrooms and comfy beds. Well located in the Old Town.
Slightly scruffy apartment block and main entrance. Different world when you walked into the front door of the 'apartment' of rooms which were very smart.

It looks nice.
We spent 2 nights in this apartment. Unfortunately, this was not what we had in mind, and we left with enormous back pain.
The beds were sagging, 1 was sagging terribly. (I'm 1.70 tall and weigh 65 kilos, so this can't be the cause.)
We contacted the accommodation and they indicated that other guests were satisfied and that there was nothing they could or wanted to do.
They didn't at all look with us to find a solution and we had to accept it as it was.
Sent another message afterwards and also a text message, but never received a response again.
We are extremely disappointed and especially sad that a wonderful holiday has come to an end like this and that the customer friendliness was so lacking, especially for a room costing more than 150+ euros per night!
They do not look into or think about a solution, but you do have to pay immediately as soon as you step foot outside.
Had to sleep on the couch the 2nd night, which is too bizarre for words, especially for that money.
It is also indicated that the suite with sea view has a sea view. This is true, but you have to look very carefully.
I don't like having to post these kinds of reviews at all, but since they didn't respond to my complaint (I sent them another message afterwards), I feel obliged to do so.

The location couldn't have been more perfect! It's by the best restaurants in town (we ate at the hip and sultry Morito's) and we thought the food was divine! While the building is older, the accommodations of the Zadera Rooms itself was modern, stunning and refreshing! I absolutely loved the beautiful huge bath tub in the living room which was a surprise and a great romantic addition for a couple! The room was clean, elegant and well thought out and the bathroom was quite attractive as well. I was with my daughter and we loved being able to walk to the best sites in town within seconds and minutes....the sun dial and sea organ was a wonderful way to spend the evening with the rest of Zadar's visitors. Appreciated the cold drinks in the fridge upon arrival and you could make drinks in room but option to also use full kitchen outside with microwave etc. Ideal location, very quiet, very cool, but close to the old town and everything was walkable to, and you could easily pop back during the day if you wanted. Once you had key fob , it made it easy to get back into. We loved it here and would recommend it.
Had a few problems opening the main front door when first arrived but that was maybe just us!. The cups weren't completely clean.

The property is in a decent location and is beautifully decorated
Where do I start, there is an amount of bureaucracy associated with staying here from the forms to fill pre arrival to the links to pay the money after your stay.
Checkin time is at 4- which is much longer than anywhere else I have been in Croatia- I was told this is to clean the room to high standard, there was so much dust in the room upon checkin, I wondered how could it take 6 hours to clean a room without a simple dusting of the coffee machine.
They have no luggage storage and have to pay and use a separate place upon checkin or checkout.
The aircon was not cold enough as I like to sleep in cool environment, I reported this and nothing was done. They checked and was told it’s working. I even checked the main entry AC and it was very good, just not in the room.
Overall, the stay was a letdown and I would not stay there again.
