Great place to relax as we did for a 3 nights stay after 2 and a half week of visiting Croatia. Close to many restaurents and markets. Staff very helpfull.
Rooms need refreshing in style and the beds replaced for newer ones.

View from the room was fantastic.
Position was quite nice
Really good that in front of the villa there is a public beach
No elevator. The rooms are at the 1st and 2nd floor and you nee to carry everything by yourself.
No parking in the hotel, you need to park in a public place, 5 minutes walk away
No option for breakfast, or chance to eat something.
Noisy room due to noisy pipes (I assumed) and the mini-fridge (which was anyway empty)
Pillows are old and not of a good quality.

The pool setup was perfect. Chairs, umbrellas and easy access to the ocean. The pool was also spotless and refreshing as well. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The Villa totally exceeded our expectations.
Total peace and tranquility,staff and cleanliness 2nd to none..
Breakfast room with coffee machine(free), supermarket, bakery and cafe/bar right next to Villa all an added bonus.
Easy to get to Zadar with bus stop right outside which runs all day..We used Bolt to get to Nin (beautiful place) only 12euros.
We had travelled around Sibenik, Vodice, Turanj,Biograd areas for 10 days so coming here to relax for a few days at the end of our holiday was absolutely the right choice.
The walks early on a morning were so breathtaking.
Honestly cannot fault this place at all..In fact, we are already looking to return.
The only thing we didnt like, was having to leave to come home.

The room was perfectly located near the beach in Zadar. We were disappointed that the pool wasn't "heated" as advertised, but the sea was still warm enough to swim in, so we took a dip in the Adriatic Sea.
The listing on Booking.com said that there would be "breakfast in the room." There was actually only coffee in a breakfast room downstairs. We did visit in October, so perhaps the breakfast is only provided during the busier months, but that would have been nice to know ahead of time.

The staff was so accommodating and nice. The room was beautiful and the pool area was clean and perfect on a sunny day. The location was prime, right next to a bus stop to go into the old town. I would 100% recommend.

Staff were really lovely and helpful. They didn't clean the room everyday but said to ask them whenever you wanted a clean as they don't want to keep disturbing you in your room with cleaners. I think this is an excellent idea as you decide yourself when people are going in your room and gives you a bit more privacy. Loved the location, there was a shop and bus stop right next to the hotel with buses every half hour into the old town. Also a few restaurants within walking distance.

Matia and Loreta were brilliant. If there were any issues they sorted it immediately! They were informative about the area and very efficient and friendly. Made our stay amazing even more amazing!
The hairdryer ( which was sorted.) The hairdryer in the bathroom was not good!
Although we were given an iron I would suggest an iron and ironing board be placed in the rooms.
We would have liked a front sea balcony, however, perhaps I didn’t realise that when I booked
