Check in was easy, host was very nice, breakfast was satisfying, balcony was nice and shower was good.
The area isn't near anything and is rather cluttered with apartments around it. The bed and sheets weren't very comfortable and I feel the pictures were more attractive than the reality. Feels very much like rooms rather than a hotel.

This hotel is very neat and clean for the price. We stayed in several Hilton hotels in Croatia before we stayed here. My wife says this hotel is cleaner and less expensive! Tina at the front desk is great. Very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good with a great view. Thanks!

The hospitality of the owner/staff which feels like you are an old friend. Everything was perfect, to find place easy, to go at old town. Restaurant which suggested by the hotel staff was the best. Also the breakfast very good

It is a lovely property! The room, balcony, pool, breakfast and everything else was perfect.
The location made it a little difficult to go to the old town at night without taking a taxi to get back.

A friendly greeting and welcoming from Klaudio and staff. All areas very clean. Room was comfortable and well equipped with toiletries, a kettle, selection of teas and coffee and a stocked mini bar. A good choice for breakfast and spectacular views.
Perhaps a little further out from the old town (2.2kms) And up a hill but having said that it's in a quiet residential area

The breakfast was excellent. The girls who cooked and served were delightful.
Although in a quiet neighbourhood, we found the hotel just a bit too far out of Zadar centre and relied on Uber taxis to get about. There weren't any restaurants close by

Absolutely fantastic accommodation that provided everything and more that we needed. Spacious modern rooms, great air con (very important!), lovely pool setting and excellent choice at breakfast in the morning.
N/A - couldn't fault it. Just make sure you've got the Uber app to get you up the hill on the way back.

Breakfast in the roof top room was amazing with panoramic views of Zadar. Pool great and room luxurious, clean and, modern with towels for the pool and bathrobes provided. Good parking facilities

The hotel was very clean. The sun beds were comfy and the pool was very refreshing. The bathroom was very modern and the bed was comfy. The hotel staff were friendly, particularly Kate, who cooked us eggs for breakfast. Unfortunately on the last day, I was unwell with heat stroke. Kate went above and beyond to make me feel more comfortable.
It was a long walk to the old town in the heat, however it was very easy to order a taxi through Bolt. It would have been good to have facilities, such as pool bar to order drinks during the day, however there was a shop a 5 minute walk away so we used that instead.
