Fabulous location with parking. The unit is modern, clean and fairly spacious. Would recommend!
Just note the stairwell leading to the apartment is dark (no lights in evening) and it’s 70 steps up so watch your step if coming in late

Great location close to old town Zadar
Lots of stairs up to the apartment FYI, parking was difficult as there are limited spots by the apartment. Depending on when you arrive, there may not actually be any free parking spots available.

Supposed to be a sea view, we were looking at the car park.
No shampoo/shower gel.
No deep cleaning done, everything is dusty.
Checkout time is far too early to be realistic.

Good location to get to the old town, comfortable and good place to sleep
Property is located at the back of the building so no views from the balcony as such.

Very nice location! The apartment is very close to the old town of Zadar.
In the old town can be very loud in the night. Therefore, it is better to not be located in the middle of it.
The host was very nice and helpful. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

The best thing is surely the position close to the old Town but Easy to reach by car. We didn't meet the owner but the comunication was Easy by messages. In the apartment there are almost all the home appliances (no dishwasher).
There parking under the Building is a incubus: it is a jungle of car. The apartment is at 3.5 floor in a old Building without elevator. The terrace view is bad: a lot of close Buildings. The apartment is full of dust and using the AC we had allergy reaction. No large towels for After shower. Some fornitures would be renewed.

Location
The apartment is not well equipped for the facilities they are providing. Like no cooking spatula for frying pan or big spoons to cook. Only bread knife was there as knife. The oven is complicated, without any instruction manual on how to operate it.
In the bathroom, the shower isn't installed properly. It leaks water on the floor.

+ yet you have free parking and reasonable prices
- payment only in cash. In 2023???????
- very cold and found no means of heating (it was only one night so survived with blankets)
