This is a family run business. Our room was spotless and comfortable. It was quiet at night. Zoran, the owner is very friendly and personable. He gave us tips how to get around Zadar and the easiest way to Plitvice Lakes. The breakfast was very good and plentiful as well.

Zoran was accommodating and pleasant. Helped with parking. Offered a 10 euro breakfast which is a nice feature.
Room was clean and had a cute balcony. Not very large but sufficient. Rather dated. Lots of stairs to climb with heavy luggage.
Walkable to the main area with lots of restaurants and shops.

The owner was so kind and helpful!! really made my trip, advised on which excursions would be best and booked them for me, including a transfer from the hotel to where you need to go! He made me feel really welcome and answered any queries i had for recommendations etc. Would 100% stay again!

Good and quiet location. Walking distance to the city center is just 20 minutes. The room was clean and had a very well working air conditioner. But the best part of this pansion is its owner Zoran who was extremely kind and helpful during our stay.

A really great place with good facilities. King and helpful owner and staff, who were able to help with any kind of problem. Also, great location: about 10 minutes away from the sea and 20 minutes from the Old Town on foot. I would definitely recommend this place
