Fantastic host, very helpful, who was OK with our very late check-in caused by late flight. He gave us very nice recommendations. The house was super clean and has the same form as it is shown in the photos.
We had absolutely no problem with this, but for your information: 4th floor, there is no lift. The flat is in the center so nights can be loud from the street.

Good position for the family with kids. The aparment is on the 4th floor and you have to walk while it is no problem for us with two kids (2 and 5 years old). The owner is nice and patient. A bit noise at night from the bars and you can have good sleep after closing the window and doors. This is the center of the old town.

This is an exceptional property. Everything you need & want is at your fingertips! This property has been well thought out, is spotlessly clean & in the heart of the old town.
The only negative is that it's on the 4th flour & being in the old town, there is no lift. It's worth remembering it's in the heart of the old town which is busy & load so earplugs are needed.

We missed the flight so we arrived in Zadar in the early morning of the next day, he picked us up at 5.30 am and brought us to the apartment which was really nice

Excellent location. Close to supermarket and sightseeing places. Super cozy accomodation with 2 balconies and a well equipped kitchen. There’s also a washing machine which is quite helpful. The host offer’s recommendations and explains everything. I definitely recommend!
It gets noisy at night as there’s a bar in the building of the front, but when all windows are closed the noise is reduced drastically.

The location was superb, right in the heart of the old town. The apartment was also bigger than what I expected, a kitchen and living room space, toilet and master bedroom. The host met us to pass us the keys and also to give us an overview of the town. Most of the attractions are walking distance and uber is pretty convenient. Wifi is pretty stable and fast too.
If you're driving, you'll need to park about a 3 min walk away. You don't really need a car with the location being so central. There are also stairs to climb to get to the apartment so bear that in mind if you've got heavy luggage or mobility issues.

Due to the heat we couldn’t use the balcony. An outside socket for the fan would have been nice..

Located in the center, just steps from everything! The room is very nicely prepared with all the things you need and it's very clean. The host was easy to communicate with and replied quickly always. Would definitely stay here again.
The pull out couch wasn't the most comfortable, so keep that in mind if you are 2 or 3 friends traveling together.
