The location is perfect. In the old town and literally a minutes walk to the nearest bars. A few minutes walk to the centre of the old town and waterside.
Absolutely spotless.
A little noise from the bars at night but not really a problem.

The room was really nice and the staff were really helpful. The town is a couple of minutes away on foot.
The hotel didn't look the way we were expecting it to - the area it's in feels quite run-down and I'm not sure I would have felt safe walking back to the hotel on my own. We asked for a sea view and we technically had one but it was between two big buildings - I think the site slightly oversells the hotel.

A lovely find, close to all zadar has to offer. Beautiful little apartment, perfectly situated,
The curtains didn't fully close although we thought this was an issue it actually wasn't.

The location was perfect, in old town. You have a few minutes to the most interesting places. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I got my room earlier(before check-in hour), which was very convenient, because I could leave my luggage and explore the city without it. The room standard was very good, the room was clear and comfy.

We booked again because of the location
It was an issue for the rebooking; had to go to the office for extra coffee and extra towels. Then they needed access to move an outside shutter and did t do anything to clean the room

The location couldn't have been better, 10 seconds walk from the nearest bars and restaurants but it faced onto a nice quiet sqaure so we didn't hear any noise at night. It is so central it was very easy to nip back to get changed or drop things off. The staff were very helpful and friendly, giving us a map when we first arrived and pointing out their favourite restaurants. The room was clean and modern, with lovely exposed brick walls that added to the character. There was a kettle and a small fridge. Beds were comfy and the air conditioning worked well. There was plenty of closet space for hanging up our clothes and hooks on the wall to hang our jackets up. The housekeeping also gave us new towels every day which was nice.
In our room, the bathroom was only separated from the bedroom by a glass panel, so there was not much privacy in that sense. The room was a bit small but that's fine if you're planning on being out all day anyway.

Perfect location inside the old town next to the sea, which is a good starting point to every place of interest you would like to visit in Zadar. The room is quite clean and I extremely like the style of the room. People there are also super nice! They prepared a map for me and showed me everything that I need to know as a tourist. There is a small intermezzo. On the second day we checked out and went to the Plitvice park. They found that some of our stuff was left in our room. They contacted us and helped us get it back. We are quite grateful for their help (since there are some very important things, like keys). Again I would like to thank them for the arrangement. In the future if I am going to visit Zadar again, I would definitely book this hotel again, as well.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean however very small.
The small fridge was not working and we had to change rooms.
