Wonderful
Extremely friendly & welcoming owner. I felt like I was visiting a friend's place rather than a guesthouse. Our rooms were on the first floor & were very clean. There were 2 bedrooms (hall with a master bed, bedroom with double bed). A small dining area at the foot of the bed. A kitchen with some cookware. Decent sized attached bathroom & toilet. The beds were very comfortable. There was a nice balcony with seating arrangements. The A/C was a huge plus to beat the heat. The location was great, approx 5km to the old town. Getting a taxi/Uber wasn't a challenge & costed approx 5 to 8 euros to reach to the old town. We had rented a car from the airport & used Uber only twice when we had to leave early. There was more than enough parking space at the property however, the entry & exit roads were really narrow. Many nice restaurants within a 100 - 150 meter radius. A convenient store nearby. The Check-in & check-out process were smooth. During the stay, we returned quite late to our rooms, and the owner didnt have any objections to that. There was a TV with Netflix, & it kept the kids entertained.
Would definitely stay here, if I ever visited Zadar again.
These are minor points compared to the positives -
- The kitchen was very tiny. Not enough space for cutting vegetables &/or moving around.
- Not enough towels were provided & there was no washing machine, so plan to pack your own towels if you are staying for long
- no carpets at the entrance nor in the bathroom
- toiletries were not provided, so plan to bring your own
- would have preferred to have the TV in the main hall
- the toilet/bathroom walls are quite thin, so we could hear our neighbours.

It was good for one night stand. The host was friendly and helpful. A number of restaurants in a walkable distance.
It wasn’t easy to find. Use Google name of the place, but not address from Booking. Bed wasn’t comfortable for 2 people, pillows too flat.

Great apartment. Cleanliness 100%!!! The owner tries to do everything to make your stay more pleasant. My daughter and I were very comfortable and had everything we needed for a few days. The air conditioning is a huge bonus, as is the terrace for your own use - it was nice to sit in the evenings. The building is in a great place - 15 minutes on foot from the beach (3 to choose from in this distance), literally around the corner is a nice cafe/restaurant. There are two local markets nearby (5 minutes on foot). The area itself is quiet, gives a sense of safety and relaxation, and the center of Zadar is literally less than 10 minutes by taxi. If we plan to travel to Croatia again - we definitely want to stay in the same place. We would like to thank the owner for such a successful stay!

The accommodation is a great location. We were able to do a short 10-15 minute walk to 2 lovely beaches..Not too crowded.

For a mother and daughter vacation it was an excellent choice: simple, clean and quite double room with comfortable bed, nice shower, good AC, large balcony and a small TV for Pink Panther cartoons :)
The guesthouse is close to Borik, Uskok and Puntamika beaches (10-12 minute walk or 2 bus stops) and even closer to at least 3 good restaurants (Roko restaurant is just in front of it). Also, there are 2 bus stops nearby (5 and 8) and a minimarket (Tommy).
Jela is a perfect host, helpful with anything you need and a discreet presence. Thank you for having us!

The room was so beautiful with a wonderful balcony. Emma is one of the nicest people I met, she's hard working and she put a lot of effort to make sure you're having a good experience of Zadar. It's close to the beach, 45 mn by feet or 10mn by bus from the historical center of Zadar (the bus stop is really close). 100% recommend.

The room was not only spacious but also exceptionally comfortable, and the large terrace provided a wonderful setting for breakfasts with a view. The host's hospitality was commendable, accommodating our early check-in request without hesitation.
The proximity to Borik beach was a definite plus, although the distance from the city center was a bit of a trade-off, requiring a 30-40 minute commute. Inside, amenities like the AC and television were appreciated touches.
There were a couple of minor inconveniences that detracted from an otherwise stellar experience. The balcony window/room could have been better sealed, as we noticed some wind seeping through. Additionally, the presence of mosquitoes was quite noticeable during the night, prompting us to suggest the inclusion of mosquito nets for added comfort.
