Curtains were sheer, The balcony was not usable unless you wanted to stare at the next couple in the next balcony. and the bathroom and shower were very small making it a bit hard to use.

We selected this appartment because of the location and the fact that it has a terras. The host was very kind and helpful. The apartment is a little primitive but we didn't mind. We enjoyed drinking a glass of wine on the terras (with partly sea-view) and most of all the location is in the heart of the old town.
The kitchen block didn't have running water, so we needed to wash the dishes in the bathroom. We didn't mind, but if they want do some improvements, then this would be highly appreciated.

the warm welcome and hospitality were great (always with a smile, ready to help with anything). The room was clean and comfy, with extra space for breakfast, and we enjoyed chilling on the terrace with a port view. Also, available coffee and water were a nice touch. The room's location is perfect – next to the city, not far from the beach.
the small problem was not so stable and fast wifi in the dining area and terrace – for holidays we don't mind, but if you need to work, it may be a bit of a problem.

Perfect stay in Zadar. Location couldn't be better for exploring the old town. Special thanks to our lovely host Goranka who was always available if we had any queries and so helpful with local knowledge and any recommendations. We would have no hesitation at all in returning to stay at Sobe Pegla.

The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the Old Town, surrounded by numerous restaurants and sightseeing opportunities. The host was incredibly friendly, providing excellent suggestions for free parking and local activities. We highly recommend staying here!
Everything about our stay was wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of it and highly recommend this place. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Very kind host! Our room had a view to the bay, private balcony and private kitchen.
Host offered us free fruits and free drink.

The place is in a really good location. In the kitchen we found a bowl with fruits, candies, and free drinks in the fridge. There was also a free coffee machine for all guests. We were extremely happy with the air conditioner that saved us on hot days.
The TV didn't work, but we didn't ask for help from the hosts ourselves, so maybe it could have been fixed somehow.

The location was great, a quick walk to the old town. The rooms are comfortable, nothing fancy. The amenities of coffee, fresh fruit, and cookies were very nice and welcoming. The air conditioning worked very well which was appreciated since it was July and very hot.
Not the inns fault but we are 70 years old and having to carry the luggage upstairs is difficult for us.
The parking is difficult. You need to find a place to park which is almost impossible so you have to illegally park to unload and then drive to a parking lot to park. We weren't ticketed while we were illegally parked. I think this is acceptable in the area as long as you don't leave your car for longer than 10-15 minutes. The parking lot is about a 15 minute walk. It is a nice walk, however.
If you are prepared to carry your luggage upstairs and know in advance that parking is difficult, it is a nice comfortable inn with a lovely innkeeper.

Really lovely owner who went out of her way to be helpful. Arrived in scorching heat and the air con was on and there was fruit juice and a beer in the fridge at no extra charge. Lot's of space on balcony and a very spacious and clean room.
Other balcony very close and if smokers are on it, the smike drifts over onto this balcony
