The host is a very good man with an excellent knowledge of how the guests should be treated! Thumbs up for Marko's good manners!
The place is quite cozy with all you need for an enjoyable stay, especially a perfect shady private outdoor terace.
Sometimes, what matters the most for a pleasent stay is how the guests are treated!
If you take into consideration the high season and some extremely hot days you will need to use periodically the AC in the afternoon and at night.
The soundproofing isn't enough. Sometimes you can hear the other guests showering and listening to louder music, but isn't that bad overall.
The location isn't the best when there are very hot days, but the Uber does it's job for 4.5 euros to the beach (price for July 2023). You can easily go by foot for the Kolovare beach and also in the Old Town. (15-20 min)

Marko was extremely friendly and hospitable- The room was very tidy and we found bottled water in the fridge, coffee, slippers, air conditioning and it was all very nice. We had a wonderful table and chairs in the garden alongside an unexpected guest, "Leonardo" - the garden turtle you can see in the pictures.

it was exactly as described. clean, fantastic facilities and Marko was an excellent host. I arrived late due to a delayed flight, but Marko made the check-in easy and was very understanding. perfect apartment to return to each night.

The host Markus is a very attentive person. The location was a 10/15 mints walk to city centre. And all the facilities were amazingly comfortable.

Nice and spacious room. It is detached from
the main house, so it is very quiet and you can come and go as you please. AC worked well and the bed was comfortable. Very clean as well. Marko, the host, is very punctual and speaks good English. It is not so central, but is a short walk to the beach and the old city. Also, there are two malls and other things close by ( McDonald’s, Lidl).
The left wall is a little bit thin, so you can hear your neighbors when they get loud, but completely tolerable.

Short... Everything. Very close to zadar bus station. Everything was clean, owner was very welcoming and accommodating. Felt like home. With kitchen and cutlery, even turtle in garden ? Recommend 100%

The room was cozy and clean and we really enjoyed the porch and the sunbeds from the inside garden. The location of the acommodation is a bit far from the city centre(aprox 20-30 minutes), but it wasn’t an issue for us as we usually enjoy walking through the city when travelling.

Very modern, stylish and well equipped groundfloor apartment with microwave, fridge and well laid out bathroom
Away from the old center (20' walk, but there are city buses going down) but in a new part of the town, close to main bus station (8' walk; easy to find) and with supermarkets and cafés next door. It looks - and IS - airy, welcoming, and - above all - quiet. And you own a terrace with chairs and small table, and even a lawn with reclining chairs! to wind down after sightseeing!
One small remark: the power point in the bathroom is out of reach for any average sized woman to plug in the hair dryer (provided), and a man will have to electric shave on tiptoes!
The place needs aerating at regular times, otherwise it turns into (going a bit into) smelling duffy. But there are several windows (completely equipped with blinds and multi opening: very up to date), and there is no trazce of mildew anywhere.
