The kids indoor pool is a bit old , and some of the toys are not working.

The hotel is quite expensive for what is offered. There are other hotels that provide a similar experience for a lower price. The parking is also far too expensive, especially considering the already high room rates. In my opinion, parking should be included or at least offered at a much more reasonable price. We were also a little disappointed with the kids’ activities and play areas. The pictures online made the playrooms look much larger than they actually are. In reality, the play area felt quite small for the number of children using it, especially when it gets busy. The candy room was a fun idea, but you have to be quick! If you don’t get there early enough, most of the sweets are gone and it doesn’t seem to be restocked very often.

The family beach area wasn't the best, especially because they have this massive jumper that is an eye sore. Hardly anyone uses it and it just gets in the way of the view, it's also an additional cost. A smaller trampoline would be enough/better. I would also suggest that they offer families the opportunity to check out/borrow beach toys.

Although hotel offered a wide verifty of foods, preparation was not even close to the level expected of a 5* hotel. All the food served is just too basic with few exceptions like Pizza and Asian buffet - they were nice. BBQ was very often burned or not properly prepared, for breakfast you would need to be carefull with eggs that could be cold or you would find large eggshels in it, salad veggies were often old with bad taste so we had to be carefull when selecting. Hotel's cocktail bar at the beach closed just after 21:00 and served drinks were almost not recognizable - cocktails in the bar next to buffet are great and from anohter planet compared to beach cocktail bar. Hotel should do something with the rediculus lighting on the bar terace that creates a library like atmosfere. Child sleeping area in the room is too small for kids over the age of 10. We enjoyed the hotel, but the overall value did not match the price.

This review is not about restaurant opening hours. It is about how a routine customer-service enquiry escalated into police involvement and our family being required to end our prepaid All Inclusive holiday one day early. We were staying with our two young children, and my wife had suffered an injury two weeks before the holiday and was walking with a noticeable limp. At around 9:45 pm .I went to reception after learning there was no food available anywhere in the hotel. I was not asking for complimentary food. I simply asked whether I could buy food or order room service. The receptionist, Adam, told me there was no food available and suggested taking a taxi to Zadar. However, Zadar is approximately 25–30 minutes away by car, there are no restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, and leaving the resort late at night with two young children and an injured wife was not a realistic solution. I asked to speak with the manager on duty but was told none was available until the following morning. During the discussion, the receptionist called me “crazy” in front of another employee and other guests. Another employee later told me she had arranged something with the kitchen, but no food was ever delivered. I was then told a manager would arrive in two minutes. No manager ever came. Instead, security became involved and the police were called. The Croatian police handled the situation professionally and described it as a customer-service dispute, not a criminal matter. We explained that the hotel wanted us to leave immediately despite it being almost midnight and despite us having already paid for our stay. After speaking with the hotel, the police told us that the hotel still wanted us to leave, but because we were travelling with two young children and my wife was injured, they allowed us to remain until 10:00 am the following morning. Later that morning, General Manager Pedjman Hamie met with us personally.

The only downside, in my opinion, was the additional charge for parking. Considering the hotel has a large, dedicated parking area, this felt unnecessary. Moreover, this is a destination that is practically only accessible by car, so complimentary parking would have been a much more guest-friendly policy. ??‍♂️

Room temperature first day.

Despite being transparently communicated, charging extra for parking feels in this kind of hotel (i.e. resort in the "middle of nowhere") weird. Animation program for kids was nice, but very overcrowded.

Although the hotel is family-oriented and puts special emphasis on children, for a 5-star hotel I would still expect a slightly higher standard, especially at breakfast and dinner. The selection of dishes was quite large, but the quality was very average. What bothered me the most — and something a 5-star hotel should not allow — was that many of the most delicious dishes ran out quickly and were not replenished. For example, at breakfast, which runs until 10:30, some items were no longer available after 9:00. Even after asking for empty pancake sauces to be refilled, it never happened. We constantly had the feeling that the hotel simply couldn’t handle the volume of guests. On Halloween evening we were sitting with friends right next to the bar and saw waiters arguing to the point that the manager had to intervene and replace several of them. Again, something a 5-star hotel should not allow.

Nothing

The one and only thing I did not like is, that the indoor kids pools did not have all the facilities working, some where broken, which was a pity. However I believe it's was just because the season was already coming to an end.

This is our 3rd year in a row and have always stayed between 11-13 days. This year we really noticed a negative difference. The children's entertainment department was disorganized and the events often lacking substance. In one case at the start of the event it turned out that 1 or 2 ppl from the staff simply didnt want to participate in the event, so the whole event was shortened and lacked purpose. During 2 other events there was not enough microscopes to go around for the kids, so you have to wait your turn and the lego robotics class had hardly anything to do with lego robotics, also lacking enough material for everyone to properly participate. Some of the staff were not that helpful, some were fairly impolite, overall it seemed as there was a lack of staff, sometimes even genuine disinterest. There were Ants in our room frequently, we were not given a seaside room as stated on the reservation, nor were we upgraded even though the hotel was half empty. There were a few staff members which excelled, but the majority seemed neither professional staff nor properly trained/serious lack on interest in their job. I doubt that we will be coming back next year, simply for the overall reason that this isnt a five star hotel anymore and is overpriced for what is being offered. Last remark: We found out there was a change in leadership within the hotel, meaning director and general management that seems to be the reason for the downgrade in quality the hotel offers. We have always been at the hotel during the beginning of post season, which should not be an excuse for the hotel to simply drop the quality of your stay and it certainly hadnt been that way in the previous years.

The only small downside was that the shower and bathroom area didn’t have a door, which wasn’t ideal for privacy.

I’m constantly lacking porridges , pasta and rice good but … what about hot bulgur or buckwheat hot and NOT sweet etc.
