Everything was just right. The staff was helpful in all aspects of customer care, the location was quiet and close to sites and the bus station/taxis,and of course shopping! Thanks for a great time,
They did the laundry, which was very much appreciated, even with the cost, but unfortunately they just shoved it in the bag I gave them, subsequently everything was beyond wrinkled and then had to be ironed elsewhere since they didn’t have an iron.

The location is so strategic, near Zadar Old Town.
They didn't provide a towel, and when I stayed, some showers weren't working. They also don't have laundry facilities.

Large, modern room with blackout privacy curtains on the beds, built in staircases to upper bunks. Comfortable bedding. Large locker storage in the rooms. Modern, clean bathrooms. Large common lounge area on first floor for mingling and recharging. Elevator and laundry service are available, a/c keeps rooms cool. Most historic sites and cafes are within 5 mins walk. Luggage storage available after checkout. Kind, helpful staff and guests.
Bath towels are rented for a few euros or bring your own...all else was perfect!

Really nice hostel and facilities were good. I liked that they were frequently cleaning everything.

The hostel is very central--although a bit difficult to find, since it's also part of a restaurant.
It was a very "hostel" kind of hostel, full of young people / teenagers, with bunk beds and courtains. They don't offer free breakfast and towels are extra.
The rooms seemed to be in disrepair--both the airconditioner and one of the steps leading to my bunk bed, which made it very dangerous for me to climb up and down.
I don't know how long this was broken and how long it took them to repair these things, but for the night I spent there it made my stay very uncomfortable.
The bathrooms were not especially dirty, but they did not feel clean either. Maybe there's too much foot traffic and too many young people being disorderly in there.
Sheets were included, but not towels.

I booked one of the rooms with a private bathroom. Very comfortable throughout. The A/C was great. Excellent location. Friendly staff as well. I would definitely stay again. Having an elevator really helped.

Sparkling clean, right in the center, quiet, comfortable thought through beds (curtains, lights, chargers, storage shelf around the bed, lockers with keys provided). The staff does everything to accommodate any questions or concerns you might have.
There is no place to dry your clothes - there is a tiny balcony that fits two towels, which is obviously not enough for the whole hostel.
The common area is a bit depressing and small.
It's a boutique hostel but they don't provide towels (it's clearly written in the policy, i am just stating).

This is a peaceful, respectful hostel. The dorms are gender specific. Beds are comfortable with pleanty of height so sit up. I appreciate the privacy screen and drop down table. The young woman who was working, was nicen knowledgeable, and efficient.
My closet and one other were in the way of the entry.

Location was great easy access and just few min from the sea front. Coffee shops, restaurants all around. Rooms were clea, comfy and roomy, staff really friendly and helpful at any time.

Excellent quality of service and welcome. The overall staff is very warm and helpful. Tea is an excellent host with her friendly and professional approach. The dorms are clean, very quiet and well equipped. Locked full size cupboard with each bed and even reading tables. After you check out in the morning, they let you keep your bags in a locked room till the night. The common lounge is a good place to chill, charge your phones, have breakfast or even cook ur food. The boutique courtyard restaurant downstairs is a charm. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of the old town, all touristic attractions and the beach at a stone's throw. Overall very charming, like the people of Zadar!
