Amazing location! Zadar is such a good vibe little town. Worth stopping by. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Parking was close and accessible.
Everything abt the property was great. Just be aware that it says “free parking” but the parking is only free from 10pm to 8am. Do we got a ticket ( not bad, abt $10) but the staff should advise about it.

Right in the heart of Old Town. Fabulous. Bathroom great and bed comfy.
No elevator so a bit cumbersome dragging luggage upstairs. No parking onsite however public parking only about 300 meters away and easy to reach.

The location was amazing! It was a very nice, clean,1 bedroom apartment, perfect for our family of 4.
We were meet by a very nice gentleman that gave us our keys & walked us through the room. We only stayed one night, but greatly enjoyed it!
The only thing was that the wifi didn’t really work otherwise it was great!

Booked this last minute when my flight was canceled - I got in late at night, and was relieved with how easy it was to communicate, get inside, and how clean it was (and great a/c)! Would stay again. They also let me store my luggage.
I could hear the people upstairs and next door stomping around, but I put my earplugs in and had no issues sleeping after that

Central location.
Required payment in cash. Nobody was present the entire 2 nights we were there, except to collect CASH when we arrived. Rooms had no dishes, no silverware, no wine opener and nobody there to acquire anything from. Room advertised as a suite was a single room. Worst of both worlds: no front desk like a hotel, but no supplies in the rooms like an apartment. Find someplace else.

We stayed at Borelli Blue in early May with our multigenerational family — my husband and me, our two adult sons, and my aging parents. We booked the Deluxe Two-Bedroom Apartment. It's really one private bedroom, plus a thoughtfully designed open living space that counts as the second bedroom and includes a sitting area (with a sofa bed) and a lofted king bed, as well as a nicely equipped kitchenette. The layout felt much like a stylish city studio apartment.
The beds were comfortable, and while the apartment was a bit snug for our group of six, it worked well for our short stay. It was immaculate and full of character, with a stone accent wall and original wooden beam ceilings beautifully paired with modern furnishings. It felt both authentic and contemporary.
We found parking easily just outside the Old Town, and it was only a short walk. Self-check-in was convenient for our late arrival, and finding the apartment felt like a fun little treasure hunt. Our host was very responsive, and she met us the next morning to collect payment.
Borelli Blue’s location was the highlight. Being in the heart of Zadar's Old Town made exploring easy, and staying in such a neat place made the experience even more memorable. We'd happily stay there again on a future visit.

Excellent location. The room is fairly quiet, at least on the street side.
Cash-only payment was a real pain. ATM limits and declined cards made settling the bill far harder than it should be. We lost a lot of time withdrawing that cash... We're in 2026. There's not excuse for not accepting cards. The room door has a pretty window. This means light comes into the room every time someone uses the stairs, which is disruptive.

The property was incredibly convenient to explore Zadar. We parked just outside the city walls and it took us about seven minutes to walk to the apartment.

Great location, paid parking was nearby just outside the walls, room was very clean and modern and new. Appreciated coffee machine in room foe the morning. There was a nice outdoor lounge area for guest use. There are no services, it’s quite unattended apart from meeting host for check in, and she did give us her cell for questions. Communication after we made booking was excellent.

The location was excellent. Right in the centre of the old town. I couldnt speak more highly about the location, the overall experience of the accommodation was exceptional. The bed, pillows were extremely comfortable. No shortage of clean linen and towels. Spotlessly clean. Lovely cafe, Kavi, 30 seconds away and an excellent restaurant, 4 Kantuna next door. I would highly recommend Borelli Palace as a place to stay in Zadar.
