Located only 656 feet from the Roman Forum in the old center of Zadar, Borelli Palace Apartments is set in a historic 18th century stone-exterior Baroque Palace and offers air-conditioned accommodations. It was exceptionally clean, well decorated and in a great location. The manager was very communicative, helpful and friendly!
It didn’t bother us but there were 6 flights of stairs to climb to get into the room.

this is a lovely room in a great location. the room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Laura was very easy to communicate with . We enjoyed our stay very much. One thing to note is you are up 5 sets of stairs. they are not steep and well lit and lovely but if you have any mobility issues they could be a problem. We would for sure come back here..

Borelli place was very artistic and comfortable. It was at an amazing location. Laura was very sweet and responsive.
The only part that didn't meet my expectations was that I was told pay in cash only before I could check in, which raises some red flags.

lovely location, very nice/clean room.
As a family of 4, the hot water tank is not big enough. so we need to wait a bit to reheat the water tank to shower.

Everything was top notch. High quality designer apartment in the historic old town. Loved it. We would definitely come back.
We liked everything.It may be an issue climbing the stairs to the apartment, and the laddee to one of the three beds which is on the mezzanine, if you have mobility issues. For us it was just fine.

The location of the apartment was ideal for exploring old town Zadar and surrounding area. Laura was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed. Room was very clean and bright.

Good location. Decor style very nice. Bed was very comfortable.
I was kept awake due to the outside lighting coming through the very sheer curtains. I wish there had been room darkening shades or curtains.

We stayed in room 2, with 2 small kids. They had a queen sized bed and a pull out couch. The room was meticulously clean and nicely decorated and comfortable. It even had nice shower amenities. However, the room was a little on the small side, especially with the sofa bed open. We only stayed 1 night, so it wasn’t an issue. The room would be perfect for a couple. The location can’t be beat. We did a couple of loops around the town to find street parking, it took about 15 min and we were able to find street parking 2 min from the property.

Newly refurbished and looks amazing. Extremely clean and in a great location. Both Laura, the property manager, and the maid were wonderful. Would 100% stay again.
