Exceptional
Location amazing
Customer service perfect
Room immaculate
They even surprised us with complimentary refreshments and drink to celebrate our anniversary
Unfortunately, there's a sewer smell which was present everywhere in the city and had nothing to do with the hotel.

The Bastion Heritage Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way! We had a spacious suite with a wonderful view of the harbor. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of options. And each staff member was friendly and helpful. We were very grateful to have onsite parking, plus easy walking to the Sea Organ and historic sites.

Location was perfect for our very short stay. Beds were comfortable and space worked out well for our party of 3. We loved the restaurant next door and the Garden bar across the street. Would definatley stay here again. Thank you.
