I liked that it’s close to the beach. The host was also quite nice and easy to approach.

Dream vacation in a beautiful place! The Villa Topesa is perfectly situated, there is everything you need - various beaches, bus stop, restaurants, Polish tourist office, shops. The villa is very clean, well-kept and it is nice to spend time by the pool. Jasmina is very nice and helpful. We will definitely come back soon! We recommend Villa Topesa! It was a great stay!

Great location, close to amenities and bus into Zadar Old Town, although after doing the usual sightseeing stuff, I actually preferred this area, as it's so chilled and relaxing. Very clean and comfortable accommodation, and Jasmina is a lovely, friendly and helpful host. The pool area is a bonus too. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and would definitely recommend.

The location is perfect - near beaches, a shop, a bus stop that easily transports tourists to the city centre. The pool is amazing. Rooms are beautiful, clean with an AC. The host, Mrs. Jasmina is very nice and helpful. We will definitely come back to Villa Topesa.

It's a great place! Very clean air conditioned rooms with well equipped kitchen and good WiFi. Our apartament had a sea view. Walking distance to beach is only 2 minutes. Nice swimming pool open until late. The host - Jasmina is very kind and helpful!

lovely cute little apartment, cosy but had everything you need. pool was nice and clean with lots of sun beds. Also has a bbq in the apartment which we used. Host was so lovely & very very helpful and welcoming. she gave us lots of info and helped us book taxis etc. the apartment has a nice balcony with a sea view. Apartment is a few min walk from the sea/beach!

The flat was perfect for our group, very well equipped and a good amount of space. The apartment was really clean, and the balcony was perfect for evening dinner and drinks. Jasmina was a wonderful host, extremely helpful and accommodating. The pool area was also very well kept and quiet. The location of the property was also good for access into the centre of Zadar but in a quieter and more peaceful neighbourhood to relax.

Great location, literally 2 minutes from the beach. Large pool, all the amenities you need, and a very friendly host!
