The location was fantastic,
We booked with the understanding there was a sauna, but on arrival after paying cash, we were informed there wasn't, and it had closed. For the price we paid I wasn't happy about that.
The beds were awful. It was like sleeping on the floor they were so hard, my body ached every morning, and I had folded the extra duvet up and put that under the sheet as well.
The smart tvs didn't work
There were a lot of things that were wrong. like the shower wouldn't stay up, the seal round the oven had come off.

just beautiful accommodation,in a great location within walking distance of zadar.the apartments are very spacious.
Great pool , hot tub and outdoor area. wish we had more than 2 nights.
a few little personable self catering items would have been nice such as milk, water, instant & bean coffee would have been nice as other apartments we stayed in on our trip had these.

We had a wonderful stay in Apartments Villa Zlatko. The location was perfect, near the water and approx 20 min walk to the old town. Boba - the woman managing the property - was warm and friendly and was extremely helpful with all our questions and requests.
The apartment itself was clean and well appointed; we were on the ground floor and next to the pool, which was perfect!
Thank-you Boba, we will return!

Good location, easy walk into town.
Bad smells from the bathroom every day to the point we had to buy air freshener. The double bed was very creaky. It woke me up a few times. The staff wasn’t very polite on check out. It says 11 pm the house rules written on the board in the lounge but it’s between 8-10 on booking. Be aware. We got shouted at.

The location is brilliant, only a short walk into town, even quicker if you go with the boatmen of Zadar, which we loved. The apartment is great, lovely pool, jacuzzi and views. Boba helped us with everything that we needed, she was great. We would highly recommend staying here ?

Amazing place with an incredible pool and jacuzzi area. Well equipped and cosy appartement, comfortable beds, nice view. Boba, the lady in charge is a darling, excellent communication, willingness to meet all our needs and wishes, made us feel very welcome. We had a lovely time there, enjoyed every minute of our stay. Ultra modern, very clean, quiet location yet close to old town, pool was an added bonus, great sun chairs
The property manager was very rude to us during our stay and the communication re money prior was terrible. She was nice when we left as we left our apartment clean and did apologise for ‘telling us off’ but the damage had been done!

The apartments are super comfortable and quite spacious. We were lucky to have the one on the ground floor overlooking the pool. The room with 2 separate beds was quite small but it is only for sleeping so not really important.
The host lady is very helpful and super nice.
The only downside is that the checkout is at 10.00, and there is nothing on site like luggage storage to leave the luggage and enjoy the city before the flight. However, we were offered to stay at the pool for how long we wanted after check out, so that was super nice.

Large master bedroom, shared pool and hot tub. We were given the choice of a ground floor or first floor apartment.
We were expecting off street parking. Parking was plentiful but it was on the street. There was no washing machine in the two bedroom unit

Really clean and lovely apartment boba was lovely she couldn’t do enough for us she always called with ice cream for our kid. The pool was fantastic.I would recommend.

Well equipped apartment.
Not too far from the city, we had a car so it was not a problem.
The second small apartment had a weird smell that seemed to come from the bathroom drains. The smell remained throughout our stay there.

Apartment was nice and clean
You book through Priceline with a set amount then it's really booked through booking.com so, it never says it's a cash only business. Unless you have a booking.com confirmation and pin. So, we had no euros and had to create a PayPal account and the owner would only except it through friends and family so, they don't pay fees or taxes.. and threatened to change our credit card if we didn't pay cash and not let us stay after charging us.
