Difficulty finding the right location using Google. But Marco found us! THe actual location was just perfect, directly in Old Town Zadar, but on a relatively quite street.
Zadar walking around. And the bed was comfortable. But not chairs or sofa to hang out in the riim. A bit small.

Super Clean and comfy apartment. Shower was good, relativity quite for city center. Would come back anytime.
Nothing bad, just a hint: Google maps pins the address 10 to 20 meters wrong.

Everything clean and good conditions. The location is excellent, either to go to the beach, monuments or have a meal in very fancing restaurants. The host is very helpful and friendly.

I liked the location and the easy access to the apartment. I entered by the given code, so my entry was very easy.
It is nice that the landlord provides a safe for storing money but the problem is that the safe is not fixed to the floor or somehow to the cabinet. It is just freely laying in the cabinet so for the thief it is easy to take it…
Also, there is no bin in the apartment, so for a longer stay, you have nowhere to throw garbage.
THE MOST IMPORTANT THING and THE MOST DISTURBING fact is that I couldn’t pay with CREDIT CARD!!! The landlord told me, that they have it in their policy, BUT IT IS NOT THERE!!!
I had to cash out at the nearest ATM… Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!

We loved the location of staying within the Old Town so close to restaurants, bars and attractions. The apartment was nicely decorated with a very comfortable large bed and a great large shower. The host was very friendly and informative. He suggested a restaurant (Martinac) that was actually our favourite of the whole 16 day trip throughout Croatia. The very famous Sea Organ and Salute to the Sun ( a must see) were only a 10 to 15 minute walk along the water. We also saw a magnificent sunset there.

The room was lovely, Marko was very friendly & helpful, the location was great, and crucially the aircon was brilliant.
Sadly I had to do quite a lot of work here, but the wifi was super fast & even reached across the road to the coffee shop, which was nice to have a change of scene.

Beautifully renovated apartment, super clean, cozy and comfy. The bathroom was very spacious, modern and had great light. The host, Marco, was very friendly, helpful, and gave us stellar recommendations. The location was unbeatable.
The parking situation was a bit confusing at first. You need to park on paid street/public parking outside the walls of the old city (inside the walls is only for residents). Once we knew it was easy to find a spot 3min walking from the apartment.

Best host ever! He was so kind and sat us down after check in so he could provide recommendations for local site seeing and restaurants. It's an older building but this unit was recently renovated by the host who is very tall and all the fixtures are high (sink, faucets, shower head, etc.). For the first time in my adult life I didn't have to bend down to wash my hands at the sink! If you are a tall person please stay here just so you too can experience this luxury. The unit also had like a 70+ inch TV, quite possibly the largest flat screen in Europe. And the TV had built-in AirPlay so we could stream from our iPhone at night. Public parking cost €8.80 for 48 hours just outside the city wall.

The location was amazing, you could see the port gate from the window. We found it convenient to access and it was a stones throw to most of the big sights to see in the area.

Very nicely decorated apartment, located in the center of a Zadar. The apartment was very clean. It is the perfect location to visit the center of Zadar. Very quiet at night to sleep. There is a hairdryer and air-conditioning provided.
Be aware that there is no self checking.
