Disappointing
Had everything you need for a short stay.
We were not advised it was cash only until the day before our stay. We were also not advised it was 55 steps up to our 4 floor room (with no lift). My wife and I are in out sixties and no help was offered with our 2 bags rach by the young female who walked ahead of us.
Also an issue with the fridge humming loudly (intermittently) combined with the noise of the water boiler and loud A/c meant sleep was interrupted each night.

Modern and aesthetically pleasing, perfect location, charming staff.
3 flights of stairs. Not horrible but hard with a heavy bag. I am grateful they carried it for me.

Looks exactly like the photos. Very clean and comfortable. The linens were great - I'm all about a comfortable bed with excellent linens that actually FIT the mattress. The AC worked, the tub was a dream after a long day of sightseeing and we would definitely stay there again.
The hallways were VERY dark and the lights in the stairwell did not come on as they were supposed to(?) making it pretty dangerous going up and down the steps at night. I would recommend getting some better light sensors so they come on or someone may be injured. We missed the last step as it was so dark.

Wonderful
Great location, modern and tasteful decoration, with everything you need for a night. The host is good and responded very quickly. We would definitely go back.
It is located at 4th floor, no elevator. The price a little high.

Location is amazingly central right in the middle of Old Town and close to paid public parking. No free parking available anywhere near Old town and one next to us was quiet reasonable.
Building and apartment was secure and easy access to restaurants, shops and shore. Historic sites are close by and easy to go for a walk around.
WiFi is not that great and keeps disconnecting and needs to be reset.
Room does not have enough natural light and shower place does not have proper light or exhaust. Thought I can imagine as it's an old building so yeah !

This was a wonderful apartment. We stayed for 3 nights and it proved to be one of our best accommodations in our 3 week Croatian stay
From the outset, Marin was in contact with us and met us as we arranged at the apartment.
It proved to be a spacious, comfortable and well situated space where we could relax and unwind after a busy day of exploring. Thank you.
The only issue we had was a leak in the coffee machine. We could still make a coffee but needed to mop up some water afterwards.

Very nice attention on behalf of the owner, the apartment is excellent located you go down and you are on the main road.
Parking costs some work to find.
To many steps, no elevator.

We were met at the airport by the host, and he was very amiable and helpful. The apartment is very modern and had everything we needed, in a very central location in the heart of the old town.
The nearby church bells were very noisy on a morning, but I guess to be expected for the central location
