Free parking, close to town. Room was modern and pretty roomy with good storage.
We realized after we walked in that the water on the floor wasn't from us, or residue from cleaning, it was a leak under the floorboards. We were able to catch the lady who checked us in to alert her to it and she came and looked and said her father had been doing some work in there. It wasn't a lot and not a huge deal, we were just there for one night, but as we looked around the flooring it was clear it had been an ongoing problem and there were soft spots in the floor. It was the Sea Organ room.

Location - only 3 mins walk from Zadar bus station and 15 mins walk to the Old Town.
But half of the apartments are facing a noisy road. There are only 8 rooms in the building.
Being rated a 4* property we had higher expectations to the facilities. No safety box. No Overview of TV channels. We’re told “we have 2000 channels- just scroll down” So we did, but only found 1 English news channel.

Nice and modern apartment. Comfortable and quiet. Close to the local beach and 15-20 mn to old city area (walking distance via the park). Good breakfast. Parking
No green terrasse to relax and take the breakfast. Not the most attractive area of Zadar

Air conditioning was not operational during our stay, however, the weather was borderline warm.

The room is spacious, clean, amenities provided, especially to cook with. The location is 5 mins from the ocean, 15 - 20 mins from old town Zadar, 5 mins from the mall, 20 mins from the airport. Thank you Tara (the receptionist) for being so professional, kind, and helpful. Overall the stay was amazing and I definitely will recommend everyone to stay here.

Clean and comfortable, welcoming staff, convenient location and free parking
The lighting was a bit jarring in the morning as the lights were bright which came on all at the same time when switched on. It would have nice to have basic information for the TV. A guest was still logged on their Netfix account. I did not like having to lock my room with a key every day.

No coffee maker in the room and, while we were told we could find it downstairs and readily available in the morning, we found none.
