The property was very clean, the staff was nice and let me leave luggage later than check out.

the owner was ok.he was supprtive with the things we asked.the parking was good.the house was equipped with the needed thing.
the apartment we went was not as it shows.not worth for the value.we went there to relax because we were passing to go to Italy and we needed a worm place ,but it was cold ,we stayed with blankets on our shoulders all the time.it have one little conditioner.the two bads were uncomfortable the key of the apartment didnt work and i passed all the time worried. the place was old and maybe good for summer but at winter it was a bad choice.

We liked the pool, the outdoor facilities, the bed and the turtles. It was peaceful.
The hot water was not on when we got there (be proactive and turn it on), it would have been nice to have a few supplies on hand upon arrival, eg: sugar, paper towel, etc.
It was a bit too far from town (almost an hour walk) although I did know it wasn't close.

The room was great - very spacious and with a fab pool view. Kitchen was also well equipped. Also great communal kitchen which many guests took advantage of. My kids loved the place and the tortoises in partcular were a big hit

Pleasant
Basement apartment of a house that had a terrace to a beautiful garden full of tortoises that the kids loved. Lovely pool which is 145cm in depth all over and a smaller pool suitable for little ones. A summer kitchen for use of all guests (well equipped but some lackingin cutterly) . There's a further 2 apartments in this area. Which looked amazing too. The lady that met us when we arrived and she was lovely.
Location wise it's about 40 min walk to old town and an easy walk There's a lidl about 500m in one way and another supermarket about the same difference in the other direction. There's not a huge amount else in the area but we only went right. Turning left out of the property road may have had more restaurants close by. But we were happy to buy groceries and cook in the summer kitchen. This was a big bonus for a family.
There's a lot of mosquitos in the evening so I'd recommend bring some spray or deet candles.
The male owner was irrate that the kids were playing in the pool at 9.30pm. There were no signs or information of when the pool should close, 3 families who had just met in the summer kitchen were having fun together and children playing. His reaction was completely over the top and he could have been more polite to paying guests. He also scared my son because he was screaming that he had warned us about noise when he hadn't.
Our apartment was fine for a few days but beds were uncomfortable and the slat underneath kept falling out. But fine for a few days. . There was no hot water in the kitchen and only one dishwasher tablet supplied. A floor brush or dust pan would be appreciated to keep the place clean during our stay. The shower head was broken so you had to hold it while you showered.. The door to our terrace was difficult to close so we ended up with loads of mosquitos in the room. Some minor improvements and to be asked politely to keep the noise down instead of scolded for children playing at 9.30pm would have given it top marks.

Nice swiming pool, lovly garden with turtles farm, close to Zadar.
Narrow parking space. One of bedroom double bed was catostrofic, old and uncomfortable to sleep, even matrace on top doesnt help., needs to be replaced. Not comfortable for long stay for family of 5-6 persons( living room is to small) rooms are good size with nice teraces and views., bathroom was clean and nice.

Great location with a pool and amazing staff that were very helpful. You have everything you need in the apartment.
The matress was the only down point. They were uncomfortable and hard to sleep on. Other wise everything else was great
