Host was informative and helpful. Apartment was clean and spacious. Was able to use property washer and hang clothes. Host moved clothes rack for better sun. Would stay here again

The Location was perfect for us, not far from anything and Marko, the host , is super helpful and friendly, he greeted us and handed the keys, showed us around and helped us which our heavy luggage. The room was very clean and tidy. and the bed was very comfy. There was everything we needed it from cutlery to pans, kettle, soap and towels and leafles and a map with locatrions of interest from the area. I would stay here again and I highly recommend this place as a comfy stay!

15 mi ute walk to town through a nice neighborhood and park, Marko was a very good host with lots of suggestions for activities and restaurants. Nice, safe off--street parking for our rental. Access to a washer! Nice little kitchen area.
The hot water tank was a little small for 2 people, but it wasn't too bad.

Everything was absolutely great! Marko was a great host and gave us some very useful (and very much needed) tips for places to visit/see, restaurants and even helped us book tickets for some trips. Our whole stay was fantastic and we're very happy we chose this apartment.
If there's anything to complain about, it would be the length of our stay - should've stayed much longer :)
There's really not a single bad thing to say about this apartment.

The apartment was excellent. Exactly the same as described, with clean and spacious rooms. The apartment's situated in a walking distance from the Old Town and lots of beaches nearby. Marko is a very nice and helpful host who's always willing to help. The place is highly recommended!

Marko was a fantastic host who gave us lots of information about what to do in Zadar and how the apartment's facilities worked. If we had a question, he would get back to us promptly and help us with any issues, like the laundry.

The friendliness of the staff, always available but never intrusive. The location is perfect and the ambience was relaxing, having used the guesthouse previously I have no hesitation in recommending the ivana-iva apartments.

Marko was an exceptional host! We had so many problems along the way, and he was more helpful than we could have hoped for! The space was perfect for us, clean, spacious, equipped kitchen, and quiet! Thank you again for everything, and see you next time!

Clean, spacious and very comfortable bed. Bathroom was very nice and had a place for drying laundry, which we got to wash free of charge. Host was very helpful!
Not too many restaurants or cafés nearby, but that was okay for us who like walking :) They could be found nearby!

The place was very good, everything was super clean and in a perfect state, we had plenty of maps in the room to help us visit the city and surroundings, and the location of it is very good. Marko was an excellent host and provided us with tons of information when we arrived, offering his help if we wanted to book other activities nearby.

The accommodation and garden are really great and very well kept. The room was pretty and very clean. The shower in the bathroom had a skylight and that was nice. The location is in a nice neighborhood and it's easy to go to the beach and to walk from there.
The capacity of the hot water boiler could have been a bit larger, but if you shower quickly there is no problem.
