The place was very good, clean great location with many restaurants and shops close by. The beach was around 12 minutes walk. Dolores and her husband are very nice people always asking if they can assist with anything and we had a great time in Zadar. We will be back, soon!

The owners were really nice and friendly. When we arrived they brought us sandwiches and plums. The apartment was very clean. When we were leaving the owner brought us wine and chocolate and took us to the bus station. Everything was perfect! Definitely recommend!!!

Everything else except for the ones mentioned in cons was fine.
1.The host accepts only cash which is not written anywhere and did not inform us in advance even though the host claims “it’s clearly written”. The only thing clearly mentioned in the booking details was indicating the host accepts Mastercard or Maestro. Because of that, i didnt bring much cash with me and i am from the country where the currency is not euro. The host insisted on the cash and, I lost 40 EUR in commission in the atm due to the host’s fault. I went there to have nice vacation, but because of this, i was very stressful and angry.
2. Since there is no mosquito net in any windows, I was bitten more than 15 times by mosquitos in 4 days. My skin is still itchy even though almost week passed now.
3. Wifi connection is not good. In the bedroom there is no connection at all, in the kitchen it was not good.

Wonderful
We really enjoyed our stay, the host was very kind and helpful. The apartment was very spacious and clean, in a quiet location with all the amenities. The distance from the center is a bit longer, but it's fine by taxi. There are several restaurants and supermarkets in the area. Definitely recommend it.

Very friendly, attentive and ready-to-help host Dolores, was a pleasure to deal with such person. Location close to the beach, about 15 min walk, nice environment with lemon ? tree ) city center accessible within 6 min by taxi.
Apartments are old and have specific unpleasant smell that disturbs, also no protection from mosquitoes which was our case during the stay. I would recommend to modernize such issues.

Allowed to check in earlier than most hotels which was helpful!
The apartment had everything you needed, felt homely, and safe.
When we arrived we were given no pre-instructions on how to get in. We had to call them and ask.
All the windows were left open on arrival which meant there were soo many mosquitoes. This was stressful, as I’m a model I really try not to get bitten but I received all my bites (only 2) on that trip staying here due to this. I had to buy a plug in mosquito repellant for the room and kept having to kill them. My friend didn’t complain, only me but if mosquitoes love you, you will understand. Hopefully they won’t leave the windows open in future or have plug in’s ready there.
The owner didn’t speak English well but still tried her best to help
They only accepted cash, this needs to be told in advance.
There was no info on how to use the Wi-Fi, we had to text for this too
Beach was a fair little walk away but not bad if you are with a friend.
